Nice balanced approach Sarah... I agree that certain other people's approaches like, just move closer to the equator" are only just stressful, but often extremely difficult. Not everyone can move to El Salvador. I think it's time that the hard line recommendations become more tailored to normal people and take into account more than just light...

OMG, Dr Dean does not age! She looks the same as she did when I followed her years ago. Amazing interview. Re: potassium. Sometimes I wonder if we really need as much as "they" whoever that is, say we do. Why is RDA on that so much higher than the magnesium when sounds like the magnesium is involved in so much more? Just wondering :)

There are 37 lessons total, so you have as much time to do the lessons as you need. The program is more of a lifestyle program where I recommend being compliant for a minimum of 21 days, but keep up most of it after the 21 days as a lifestyle. Does that make sense?

Funny, I feel like we need to be taught what is seasonal in North America because you can almost get any fruit and vegetables any time of the year. I know I need to think about it sometimes, but I bet my kids would have no idea. This was not the case when I lived in Italy. It was clear as day what was in season and what was not even in restaurants by their changing menus where in North America menus rarely change with seasons....

Hey sarah, i take Beam minerals every day, and i like them. then i started a lower carb diet (not no carb) and it was suggested that i take 1 LMNT everyday. but now i wake up every morning at 2 am. could it be that my potassium is out of whack? i am also taking bioptimisers magnesium and it gives me the runs big time

It’s possible! LMNT can definitely throw potassium down due to the ratio. Doesn’t happen for everyone - but I saw it happen enough times that I had to stop recommending

Hi Sarah, I'm hearing conflicting info, can you please help to clarify. Tyler mentioned that mineral replenished water will yield more hydrogen coming from a machine than RO or distilled water alone, but you will have to clean it more often. The Hydrogen guy says he uses distilled water only and in doing so he doesn't even have to clean his machine every single time, because of the less mineral deposits. So Hydrogen guy has been using distilled water this whole time, but by what Tyler says, he's not optimizing his hydrogen yield.. We the listeners and watchers could comment on each of their podcasts with questions, but the podcaster has the option of either not answering or not going into detail esp in the comments section. Between you, Sara and Carrie and Tyler and the Hydrogen guy, could one of you make a video to clarify how to maximize and get the most out of the hydrogen machine incl water and cleaning. There must be a way to test how much hydrogen is being released into the water. If I understand correctly, you have been using distilled water in your machine, so it would be good for all of us to know best what to do in order to gain the most benefits t from the hydrogen machine.. Thanks <3D

Wheat berries store the energy and frequencies of sunlight. They care truly manna from heaven, and the bread of life, and a great way to harvest the sun's energy and frequencies in the wintertime.....but must be freshly milled, or oxidation will destroy most of its nutritional and energetic values.... just saying.

Great podcast, Sarah! I have a few questions that Dr. Dean didn’t address. Is it enough to use topical magnesium? Or do you have to take it orally as well. I do epsom salt baths and also a topical magnesium oil from the Zechstein Sea. I’m just curious if what I’m doing is enough. I also wanted to ask about Fresh water pearl powder and what your thoughts or Dr. Dean’s though were on that. I bought some because it’s suppose to be a more adsorbable/bioavailable for of magnesium and a lot of other minerals. Thanks, Sarah! I appreciate your work ❤

Ummm, First, this was excellent, Sarah. Even so much better that it was short and sweet. TY Sarah. The body making Hydrogen on its own via the process of melanin, of UV light hitting the skin was a new concept for me. TY. Many other comments you made also tied up loose ends in my mind. So ty for that as well. Mitochondria or Subcellular Melatonin MEL is also synthesized through the skin. 95% of the MEL produced by the body is MITO MEL produced during daylight hours and 5% Pineal MEL during dark hours. . Now that ancient molecule MEL from the Pre-Cambian era, when it was life in the ocean, absorbing and storing all that Light from the Universal Source, also makes it possible to build EZ zones, as it is going to quell the ROS RNS Superoxides and H2O2 generated by the MITO Krebs cycle. But what I don't know is whether it is the antioxidants donating excess negative electrons to maintain that negative charge throughout the ETC to make ATP and to make crystalline or EZ water? One thing about MEL though, as a preCambian molecule, life on this planet never would have been able to have left the Ocean without MEL bc MEL is needed to quell all the oxidative processes that Cambian life is dependent upon.
