A big load of BS, John! I bought your smoker years ago. Not even once has it achieved a temperature above 230F. It takes 3-5 hours to reach 225F.! You have a lot of nerve advertising that 275F is viable.

Well, dadgummit. You're not accounting for the 5 hours it takes for my Masterbuilt to reach 225 Fahrenheit. 🙄👎 It's never achieved a temperature above 230 Fahrenheit. No clue why your digital system even suggests a max of 275 Fahrenheit. That's hilarious, John.

After many years of use, I'm still tremendously disappointed with this smoker's ability to reach the upper half the temperature range featured in the product description and advertising. I've never been able to exceed 230 Fahrenheit. 🤬👎

Double wrapped aluminum foil and letting it rest for a while will result in a juicer finish. Also, another good trick is to cut it up as you go rather than all at once, keeps it juicier that way.

Long time debate for aluminum foil or butchers paper. Foil will result in a jucier mess in my experience.
