With all the hype, one would expect a world class terminus, with trains and passengers protected from the elements by a trainshed. Instead, it seems, trains will terminate outside the building, as at the resurrected (L') Derry Waterside. Platform canopies are no substitute for full, or at least partial, cover by a roof. No doubt bureaucrats will say that particulates from diesel exhaust are harmful to health, and thus non compliant with modern standards, but in this day and age, erecting a high ceilinged roof with extractor fans or natural ventilation, is surely not beyond our capabilities. Queen's Quay and the pre-1976 Great Victoria Street stations, both had trainsheds covering at least part of the platforms; I don't recall any complaints about fumes in them. Of course both were in a sorry state, between lack of money and the damage done by the Luftwaffe and terrorists. It's too late now, but it would have been wonderful if the Boyne Bridge had been demolished or replaced, allowing the rail terminus to return to a Great Victoria Street frontage, with the bus station alongside, rather than Grosvenor Road.

Is there any details on how passengers can get back onto great Victoria St by foot? is there anything being put in place that to make it more accessible or safer due to increased numbers ?

You'll have to walk down the Grosvenor Road on the footpath and cross at the pelican crossing over Durham Street. They should have made access possible via the Great Northern Mall but that would have been sensible. Now you'll have to wait until next year when the public realm work is finished to get access directly from Great Victoria Street. It's an ugly looking building too.

But no electrification theres none in NI uk and europe is mostly electric there was talk of a high speed railway from Belfast to Dublin but it never came about yet there probably be a new enterprize the old ones nearly clapped out.

The idea that the lovely improved (8 platforms now and a magnificently extended concourse) Heuston Station in Dublin is a kip is bizarre. (Heuston also has two Luas platforms.) With the magnificent Belfast Grand Central Station, Belfast will thankfully have something of about the same standard as Heuston, but it does not exceed Heuston's exterior beauty, and inside functionality, spaciousness and platform capacity.

It’ll be a new era for Belfast’s trains, but also a throwback to the days when trains were respected enough to have grand buildings built for them. As a Derry boy I hope some day I can catch a train and arrive to this building.

So hourly Enterprise services is happening? Excellent news! Were it up to me you'd also have 1tph Belfast - (London)Derry via Coleraine and 1tph Belfast - (London)Derry via Omagh. Not to mention an hourly Belfast - Portrush; an hourly Belfast Newcastle (via Downpatrick); an hourly Belfast Sligo (via Omagh & Enniskillen); an hourly Belfast - Newry (via Lisburn & Banbridge) and; and hourly Belfast - Galway (via Armagh, Clones, Monaghan, Cavan, Mullingar & Athlone). For the latter, Belfast - Galway? Change at Athenry for Limerick.
