I really do need to get out there again (haven't been there since the 80's), and decide where I really want to live. I'm torn between really wanting to be by the ocean, but it's expensive, and living in northern thailand (chiang mai area) and dealing with the burn season. One of the videos I watched of yours dealt with actually having two properties...I really like that idea, just not sure if I am going to have the funds.
