1.) Too bad the MARXIST DEMOCRATS waaaaaaay up in Sacramento are ruining California neighborhoods, (like the Hollywood Riviera) with the newly imposed SB- 9 & SB-10. 2.) Because of SB-9 & 10 SINGLE family residence neighborhoods are a thing of the past. 3.) A developer can buy, then tear down a single family home and build in its place a MULTI-UNIT building. 4.) It's a shame what the MARXIST running California are doing to this state. 5.) If you're an out of state viewer, and stupidly thinking of moving to California....DON'T. 6.) We've lived in the Riviera for the past 25 years and as soon as we retire in two years WE...ARE....OUT...OF...HERE.

I went to South High School in the early 60’s...loved the area. Lived across the street from the HS. Couldn’t pay me to live in California now.

I used to live in southern Redondo Beach on paseo De La Playa back in the 80s it was a fun place. NOW DON'T LET THESE FUC.ING REAL ESTATE PEOPLE CHANGE IT I'M SO SICK AND TIRED OF ALL OF THEM CHANGING THIS INTO ANOTHER MANHATTAN BEACH NIGHT MARE.

Hollywood Riviera is part of Torrance, not Redondo Beach.

Exactly! And it covers allot more than homes with Redondo Addresses. It covers all of the Torrance homes in the hills. And those have Torrance addresses.
