I live in Tampa and I’m looking to move to a townhouse from an apartment. Found a home for rent for $1900 been on the market for over 190 days and when I asked the realtor if they are willing to lower the rent down (I did low ball them lol) they said no they are firm on the amount. They have no idea what’s coming their way

His words remain the same❤️️ In 2020 (the COVID year), I cashed in my life savings and gave it all away. My total giving amounted to 40,000 dollars, Everyone thought I was crazy, maybe suicidal. Today, I received 85,000 dollars every two months. I have a property in Calabasas, CA, and travel a lot. God has promoted me more than once and opened doors for me to live beyond my dreams. God kept to his promises to and for me.

I began investing in stocks and Def earlier this year, and it is the best choice I've ever made. My portfolio is rounding up to almost a million, and I have realized that when a stock makes it to the news. Chances are you're quite late to the party. The idea is to get in early on blue chips before it becomes public. There are lots of life changing opportunities in the market, and maximize it.

Oh tell me. I am pushing me family back from buying a house now and believe me I am blamed by my kids and husband for not allowing them to buy home now. Like a house we saw yesterday my family loved it but I can’t swallow to pay $849,000 for a house someone bought 2021 for $500,000. May God give us patience.

Trump is telling Powell to not lower rates until he gets into office. If the Fed waits that long, the RE market is bigly screwed. Holding rates until next year means the impact of rate lag at peak levels will hammer RE prices until the middle of 2026!!! Think about that. I'm renting until then, and I haven't rented since the 1990's. Hold out. You will get greatly rewarded, because this might be your last chance to get RE relatively cheap. Afterwards, more stimulus printing will bring back inflation. Plus, CBDC, new economic system (w/ UBI, AI, etc.), and population decline are going to change the game forever.

Brian (ClearTax) seems like a good accountant, but he's not a good economist. I do get pissed at him at times for that. But let's be nice to our accountant friends. We need Brian on the YT airwaves. His perspective is valuable.

AirBnB buyers have to calculate against hotel rates, not long term rental rates. To be competitive, have to be less price than hotel and offer more

I’m one of those people who could have and would have bought in FL soon if the prices were to correct back to where they should be, given the local economy and lack of good jobs. Now, with the tax and insurance issues, I’m not sure there is any scenario that would allow my conscience to buy, even after correcting. So I am concerned that there may be quite a lot of people like me who are exactly the type to have a second home in FL a decade ago, who just won’t do it, no matter the correction. And you might as well lump most retired people into that category too. And I’m sad about that because I’ve waited my whole life to move to FL. But not at the expense of sleeping at night.

You two are awesome!!! It’s always nice to have some positivity in this negative world. As Americans we are in unprecedented times and going forward it’s going to be very difficult. It’s going to get much worse before it gets better. We all need to be much more compassionate and empathetic to our fellow human beings.

Thank you for sharing. Financial education is crucial today to show incredible resilience and discipline in the volatile market, masterfully balancing strategy and insight for success. This dedication to continuous learning is inspiring...managed to grow a nest egg of around 2.1BTC to a decent 15B TC in the space of a few weeks... I'm especially grateful to Linda Wilburn, whose deep expertise and traditional trading acumen have been invaluable in this challenging, ever-evolving financial landscape..

Jackson County, Georgia is considered the worst county in GA to reside in. The politicians, county manager, sheriff's dept., local police departments, etc. have all been found to be corrupt. 29% of children in Jackson County actually graduate from high school & they are encouraged to drop out. Education is not considered of any value in this county. The average teen pregnancy age is 13. She will have a baby, go on welfare & by the time she is 15 will have another baby, hence, the cycle continues. A very large part of the population exists on welfare, which also extends from generation to generation. An extreme amount of families are on disability,(everyone in the family), the parent's get disability for whatever reason they can dream up, while the children are mainly diagnosed with ADD & receive disability payments for that. It is rather funny that medication for ADD can be taken & a child will function normally, but, I guess it doesn't work that way here. The county is cluttered with abandoned houses that are falling apart, also houses & trailers that people reside in, are actually junk yards, you can barely even see the home. Trucks & cars sit on concrete blocks in people's front yards for years as we watch the grass grow up around them until the grass is higher than the vehicle. Women in Jackson County are considered inconsequential, they are supposed to exist & stay bare foot & pregnant. Heaven forbid that a woman has an education & may be more intelligent than the people running the county. I happen to have 2 law degrees & have questioned them on many issues, lets just say that they weren't very happy & have done quite a few things to try to make sure that I didn't open my mouth again. I don't back down & their threats do not scare me. We can move on to what happens in Jackson County if you have pets or are an animal lover & try to help the thousands of dogs & cats that are running free, due to abandonment, getting loose or running away & also hundreds of groups of feral dogs. I was told by the one(yes, I said one) animal control officer & the county manager that "this is Georgia, we consider dogs the same as we consider rats, we don't care". There is so much more to say, but I'm sure this will never be printed anywhere, but it would be nice if someone would check out these facts. People are moving out of Jackson County in droves, industry from other states that have made potential deals to move their companies to Jackson County have backed out & will keep doing so. When they find out what Jackson County is really like, not the lies told to them by the Chamber of Commerce, they have no interest in moving here. Debra | Hoschton, GA

@@MavRick69 Unless you sold in FL at the Peak of 2022 and cashed out, the entire State is a "lifestyle" rather than an investment, add on new taxes and insurance costs to that. And unless you are in one of the high-end local sub markets where the rich and famous are still buying today and inventory is low in those exclusive areas. Otherwise boomers buying in the peak have lost a lot of equity and many buyers since the peak are under water. To sell now is to sell for a loss. Reason I asked is if TV is considered one of those very local FL sub-markets where inventory is not shooting up like a NASA rocket and local market prices are still inflated.

It's sad you're probably spot on because that means layoffs, foreclosures, a lot of pain. People believe rate cuts are good and they're not. Bad valuations are the problem. People think voting will fix things and it will not. DC doesn't change decades going now. Save your money People. Pay tour debts. Live below your means. If you do not have 12-24mths of minimal funds to survive you need too.

a crazy thing is places like st pete florida they banned airbnbs, and they just passed that they can fine them 10k if they go over 3 under 30 day rentals annually. There are tons and tons and tons of them hitting the market
