Great tutorial. You can also test the resistance and microhenries of the inductors with the esr meter. The reactance formula is 2𝛑FL. That would be 2 x Pi x frequency of esr meter x 100 (uH) Just plug it in. R=0.628 X L(uH) L(uH)=R(ohms)/0.628

The granit stone has a 55 degrees difference, you have an error of 0.146 degree.... FAR from the advertised 0.005 degrees. I have a 0.09 error on my device, That is about 20 times worse than advertised.

i tested my TLL-90S on a Kohzu goniometer. It was exactly right on. i set the goniometer to 0.05 degrees , and that is what the TLL-90S also read. Of course i also zeroed the unit with the goniometer set at zero degrees.

@@rvborgh I have gotten one replaced and it also has the same issue. Do this simple test. Place the device on a flat surface, zero it on a flat surface. And then rotate it 180 deg in the XY plane. Does it still say zero? No? Maybe the table suddenly tilted a 1/10 of a degree... Or the device is just flawed by design. Do the same without zero it, write down the numbers and rotate the device the same, note the numbers, do the math if needed, and the table's angle has suddenly changed again .Must be a magical table perhaps, Hahaha.

I would go so far to say the sensor inside has a native accuracy of only +-0.05 degree (0.1 deg in total), the rest is just interpolated. Again FAR form the 0.005 degrees advertised.

@@peterpersson1967 My understanding is that the unit has two measurement hardware devices. A gyro, and the gravity based inclinometer. The TLL-90S manual states that the gyro only has 0.5 degrees of accuracy. Its the gravity based one that has the extreme accuracy. i uploaded a video i made with it on the Kohzu. i zeroed the TLL-90S with the Kohzu ST05A-S1T manual swivel stage goniometer at the 0 degree tilt setting. Each tick of the Mitutoyo micrometer was 0.01 degrees. So turning it 5 clicks put me at 0.05 degrees. That is what the TLL-90S settled down at. Here you go: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/nJp9f8qQ2bislGg.html

Not precise at all. I have calibrated it at least 10+ times, but still when measuring on the same spot on our super flat 3D-fixture welding table, we get a +-0.050 degrees difference, about 10x worse than advertised. The laser is a joke too, and NOT parallel with the tool itself. and cannot be adjusted either. This is an expensive $200+ fraud, a toy at best, but FOR SURE not a tool for work related tasks. The error is 0.126, in this video and i saw an error of 0.146 your other video. FAR from advertised 0.005 degrees. I have sent you an email (found address on another video) to hopefully sort this out. Will delete this post as son as my device is working properly.

I purchased one of these, be aware that they revised the design and it has far fewer bolts holding the gantry together. 4 total on each side, two to the top brace and two to the extrusion. I wanted the one seen in this video with 10 per side. Oh well. I'll make a better one out of carbon fiber.
