A lot of these 3D tool paths are actually do-able on 3 axis machine, albeit slower. But the money you save instead of buying full fledged 5 axis toy is well worth it, even if you are slower.

Which is the fastest (impact driver) drill? I'm looking for dremel level speed. Thanks ... if it's not fast, it's not worth my time, torque is not all that important

Just program a G03 full circle in G17 and add a Z- the helix pitch you want in the end of the block (I think on Fanuc it requires the I, J and K values for a full circle, using the same end point as the start point for I and J and skipping K altogether, and in my experience the radius can't be controlled by macros. The helix pitch needs to be smaller than what is permitted by the max ramp angle that the tool allows, as well as the maximum axial depth of cut you can take with that tool so you don't end up too deep, despite ramping at the correct angle). The circle will still be completely on the G17 plane, and the Z move will be interpolated as a purely axial motion (like interpolating a G03 with a G01). In other words moving the axis that is vertical to the interpolation plane, will not change the circular path on it.

Do you have paramter for your endmill to cut 1.2mm copper thick with 0.3 or 0.4mm endmill? Do you sell it in india?
Have you ever thought of making tips and tricks videos for your tools? You have the capability to produce high quality sales videos, why not throw a little of that production capability at the people that actually use your tools, not just the people that pay for them? Other tooling companies (OSG, Seco, ISCAR, etc.) are making great videos that are a good reference for the people that use your tools and build good will with the people like my company that buy them. We have many of your tools on our shop floor, but none of your content to use as references for the people that make their living with them. Food for thought…
