I have the nag champa fragrance in a small bottle. A little bit definitely goes a loooooooong way.

You have my hair pattern condition and also use rose water or distilled water with peppermint essential oil!👑👑👑 *As for another way to correct hair growing away from the locs…I have used the braid technique, wrapped the loose hair around the loc and lastly, I have used a crochet latch hook…place it through the base of the hair I’m working on (sometimes it’s at the root and sometimes it’s in the middle of a loc) I hook onto the gathered loose hair and bring it through to the other side. I do that a couple times then put the loc in my palms and rub the loc back and forth until all hairs are blended. The one I prefer out of those methods is the braiding method. It’s tricky to do in the middle of a loc UNLESS the loc is small or micro. There IS a way to blend it into the loc with minimal bulky results. Thanks for the space…ciao for now!💫💫💫 #newsubbie

I just bought some Aunt Jackie's flexseed gell. I havent used gel in a little while and was wondering about using it. I love using oils even a moisturizer for retwist. But wanted a little more hold because I dont style my locs. I think moderation is key for me. Its sounds good to add it with my oils for a little more hold.

Why are your locs so thin?

Wish would have known this before. My twists look more like “puffs” right now. This is my second retwist. It was retwisted 4 days ago, but it looks like it was never retwisted.

I’m gonna be honest… I use to and at time still believe locs should be the same size and length bc I’ve seen some people with locs that are so uniformed and even and I love it. However, my locs are different sizes and lengths due to me starting my journey after growing my hair out from a Mohawk. So some of my locs are short, long, skinny, and think. But for some reason I thought all your Locs had to be the same size and length. But after watching this video and reading some of the comments will help me start finding ways to be more positive and confident in my journey.
