hi ! I booked via Korail website for train from Seoul to Busan but I forgot to click print tickets with QR code and can't find a way to press print.. Also I booked 4 tickets under my name , so all tickets have my name on it, will that be ok? will my friends have issue using the ticket? : ( thank you so much in advanced if you could reply

Hi first of all thank for watching our video. 4 tickets your name on are fine. There is no issue about it. And also I think if you have a actual ticket or print one without QR won’t be any problem. Hope you have a wonderful trip.

Hi I booked tickets using the app last night form seoul to Busan , they have taken money out of my bank but I have not received an email confirmation like they said they would send out and when I go to check my tickets it says you do not have any tickets? I don’t know why to do and the number keeps cutting off when I try call them?? Someone help 😭😭 does it take a few days ?

Sure! You can also make a deal without meeting each other. You can exchange some informs for deal such as address ,bank account and etc through the chatting on app. After that buyer wire transfer the money and seller send the product by parcel delivery. Hope the answer helps you to understand how to use the app 😆
