I’m a single mom of 1. I live a very isolated life. I come from home & go straight to work and back. I work mostly with women and hardly interact with men at all. I don’t have friends and l grew up isolated from my entire family. And somehow I have also almost lost interest in the idea of meeting someone due to the stigma that comes with being a single mom all over social media. I fear being with anyone who thinks they’re doing me a favour or thinks lm damaged goods. Moral of the story and movie was it was easy for them to connect not only because they prayed but also because of their community and the enemy makes sure that you’re isolated from anyone or anything that brings you closer to your destiny. I have accepted and made peace with the fact that maybe not all us are fit for these kinds of fairytales because l lack a community and struggle to relate with people at a deeper level
