At end of the series. They're just another team fighting for another playoffs spot next season. They shouldn't hold a loser's grudge. That's why shaking hands is a good indicator of sportsmanship behavior ESP if seen publicly. If they're painting ant as the next MJ he shouldn't be a sore loser.
