I was there from 1972-1977. Sorry that it's gone, I would like to walk those halls one more time!

I wonder what became of the patriot on the gym when the building was taken down to build the new school.

Somewhere in the attic I may still have my county issued smoking permit from there. Signed by master Beaty lol. Those were some wild memorable times. 40+ years have passed now; I propose a tost to the memories of our comrades that have already fallen.

Class of 79. The Pink Panther was our Senior Class float. I remember coming to school when it was on the roof and thinking WTF! haha

I took a bunch of the pictures shown here from the '73 and '74 year books. Still have the negatives.

I lived in Atlanta in 1970-71 and turned 13 years old while there. I lived on McClatchey Circle NE, not far from Lenox Square. To me, the place looked huge, especially Rich's and Davison's. When you heard the slogan "Everything's there at Lenox Square" you believed it.

You're not gonna believe this, but my father was one of the builders of Lenox Square. His name is Odis Clark. I believe it was built in the mid 50' s and opened up in 1959. He went on to be a home builder and built homes all over Cobb County. I've got some really great pictures of when they first broke ground all the way through it's completion.

I remember all this, and the annual July 4th fireworks, and later the Peachtree Road Race.
