How did you find out/know where the dreaded A WAS?

One more question, it seems that the Uni-Pier can be directly adjusted with a spanner to jack up and down the loading bearer?

Thanks for your wonderful video mate! I am just planning to install one Uni-Pier to reinforce a timber bearer in the subfloor, which has been poorly connected at the existing stump where I will install the Uni-Pier. Where are you located?

from Australia as well for me i stopped getting builders report and just went with pest inspections with old houses after 4 of them i feel like the best way is to expect alot of DIY extensions issues to be fixed. if the house has been there for 50 plus years fixing it up here and there will be another 50 years i guess. in the process of doing a fixer upper and requiring to re frame the whole extension again deceased estate and leaking roof for 20 years.. as it was left unattended.
