You need to reconsider your decision to award the school carpeting tender to Milliken and instead install carpet tiles using NZ wool. I have read the Milliken report on sustainability and it does not say anything about their carpets being recyclable. It is very disappointing that our children who are already feeling the impacts of climate change weather events are having their need for a warm healthy education and indeed their future compromised by the ministry using nylon chemical carpet tiles sourced from the US. It may be cheaper for the MOE but at what cost to our children and their future? This option denying use of locally grown NZ wool does not allign with your Te ItI Kahurangi promotional video which focusses on a quality education for children. If our wool industry is not supported by our government departments the farmers who send their children to these small isolated schools will lose their livelihoods. Milliken has enough customers in the US alone. Give our wool farmers a break.

When talking about colonisation, I hope that it is properly explained that colonisation is the global norm. Out of about 195 countries, only around 7 were never colonised. So It’s not as though the colonisation of New Zealand was unusual. Also without colonization and the introduction of new ideas and technology, many isolated countries would simply stagnate. For the most part, there were no advancements in education, economics, technology or science in New Zealand for the 600 years between the arrival of Maori and the arrival of Europeans. An unpopular concept, but largely true.

Jacinda Ardern wasn't born in New Zealand and is not a biological woman. "Her" real name is Jason Velasquez, "she" is Lizzie Velasquez twin brother. And guess what, Jason still has his junk. It's the globalist transgender agenda.

There is enough BS taught already and look what happens, we get leaders like this evil witch. Perhaps if true history is to be taught the laws regarding the evidence locked away for decades to come by law that casts doubt on the Maori people being here first should be overruled. When a full investigation is done and the truth comes out then and only then can true history can be taught. Until then it is just conjecture! Brain washing kids with BS produces people like Ardern, surely she has proved already to be the worst Prime Minister in the history of NZ and something we want less of not more of.
@Aldoor2 жыл бұрын
The sooner this woman and her government is gone the better. My only hope is the new government undo everything and I mean everything this misguided lot of socialists have inflicted on us! The educational system if it is producing people like Ardern certainly needs a overhaul to make sure we never get a leader as evil as this one and the BS that is already being taught is eradicated.

Interesting. At the time I write this there are 935 views, 3 likes, and 12 unfavorable comments. Could it be that by disabling the dislike counter KZfaq has incited those who wanted to be heard to resort to more strenuous measures? Does that sound like a recent familiar event to you? I know it's off topic, but every state funded news channel on here has their comments disabled so, discuss...

This is anecdote. While it's an interesting claim, there is no reason to accept it as true. Claims as important as this require more than "oral history". I hope the new history curriculum makes this clear.
