What about backup, i dont feel safe saving my stuff only to the computer,is your cloud storage safe, i am planning on using it long term and i just dont want to wake up one morning and see everything gone. That would give me a heart attack 😮

Is there a limit for sharing the board per person for the pro plan? Do they need to pay extra for example if the client wants to be input and edit some documents? I'm about to get the pro and I'm concerned that my clients need to pay extra to edit the board since your plan says per person on the website.

You can't share your home board so try creating a board and click inside of it and it should appear

Hi sorry for the delay. Canvas view for mobile is coming very soon. In the meantime the best viewing experience is on a desktop computer or tablet device.

Coming back to Milanote after a few years. I remember I loved Milanote at the beginning but there were some limitations as well as high cost of even using it alone. Notion is cheaper for individual users, but it doesn't do certain things and it is not as visual as Milanote. So I am going to give it another try. :-)

this is horrible to use. Trying to find the template icon is impossible. Any app that takes time to find items gets deleted. Notion is another headache. Deleted.

Hi. After you drag the "Board" onto the screen, the "Choose a Template" pops up. You can design your own by just choosing Empty Board and drag and drop. This is a lifechanger for me ... I just found it last week. I was using Notion and yes, that was definitely way to complicated, I totally agree. I am in my 50s and I need simplicity and this does it but packs so much into it. I do think that doing most everything on the desktop is the easiest. I like to use the app on my iphone for uploading pictures, which come up under "unsorted" when I log onto desktop and I just drag it on the page I want. You should try it again. Just take a little bit of time and play around with everything. I keep discovering more and more things I can do! Let me know :)

Me too. I love being able to change the background color and so much more. I am using this for many things, including learning Italian with an on line class. I love how I can copy everything into Milanote and have it there for me to review… I even record my voice for my Italian lessons and I can put that on my Milanote too.
