Guys don’t buy from them i’ve ordred mine since mars 2023 now it’s more then one year everytime they find an excuse and now they don’t even reply

me too. my size is small. the last time i chatted with them was March 9th 2024... I've order last year April 2023. They said, they are just ramping up production for size small. going out any day now.

How is the wind noise in your helmet. Mine is loud and not flushed to the seal to keep it quiet. I talked with vata7 customer service but yet to give me an answer to solve my problem or option to return to get a new one. I been in a loop for about a month since a got the helmet, since day 1 I got wind noise with both clear and tinted vissor

One thing I've noticed no one bothers the mention about this helmet is the actual fitment. Is this more of a round or more of an oval shaped helmet? Are there any changeable pads for it to further help adjust it to further the fit correctly?

Thanks for the video, the helmet looks extremely nice overall. However, I wish the brake LED light would be larger than just a line strip as it is harder for the drivers following behind to see when it lights up during a bright sunny day. I would love if they have the brake light LED as large as the one on “Brake Free”, a clip-on helmet LED light system with accelerometer circuitry.

The transmitter for me was complicated, so I went to a shop nearby, and it took them around 2hrs or less to install since they had to find the wire schematics for my Honda Rebel 1100 dct. After installation, they had to test the lighting on the backpack to test the sync, and it went perfect and the helmet is pending since I'm going to test at night.

We appreciate your channel’s truth. This newest offering poses an interesting perspective. Arai is a legendary helmet maker without compromise. I’ve been super impressed with my Brake Free device affixed to the back of my Shoei RF1400. Shoei a brand with a long track record of performance. The Brake Free device is brilliant. Brake Free has been around long enough now to have been field test proven, not be a gimmick.

I bought 2 10S dual packs, both new. The documentation was in many languages, but not English. I got the devices to power on, and they receive static PERFECTLY. That's it. The web site was no help. I repeatedly tried to contact support. They are apparently unable to communicate in English. I tried emailing support. No response. I did reach them through social media. They referred me to their web site, and sent me documentation that has no bearing on the 10S. Supposedly, these come pre-paired. These did not. Even the radio won't turn on. These were purchased through different dealers on different dates. Among the items missing from the box are the adhesive pads and the wrench. The speakers will not stick to my helmets. Worse yet, the clips do not hold the units in place. Even when clipped into place, they fall out with a gentle shake of the helmet. This isn't just one. All 4 exhibit these issues. Wednesday will be 2 weeks I've been trying to get support from sena. I am forced to return these expensive paperweights.

Not exactly sure what you mean but I think the mic is part of the headset unit, I don't think you can remove it (and I'm not sure why you would want to) but I'm not certain.

Just spreads all the gunk / grit on to the next link & so on , just use a tooth brush or washing up brush The liquid cleaner aerosol is just paraffin / kerosene in overpriced can packaging

I'm not sure what you're asking, we review products, we don't sell them. Contact BMW for installation instructions. The instructions are included in the top case kit, so when you buy the kit, you should have all the installation instructions included. If not, contact a BMW dealer.

Are service/center stands not a thing anymore? Wait... the bike they're demonstrating on has a service stand clearly visible... Seems rather superfluous to me.

Obviously (at least I thought so), we're using the Snapjack on this motorcycle just to demonstrate the Snapjack. But in fact, this bike and the majority of motorcycles do not come with a center stand; it was a ~$400.00 option on this V-Strom that we installed and reviewed. Same with the current project bike, a 2015 Kawasaki Versys 650 LT. Very few motorcycles come with a center stand today. Also, using a rear swingarm stand has its own problems and doesn't work on all bikes. Plus, if you're traveling on the bike, you're not going to be carrying a rear swingarm stand with you.

I would not recommend the Sena 10S or 10R. The seekers did not fit well in my helmet even though I did some removal of the foam inside. It was also to quiet even on a bike that blocks most of the wind noise. The connection is not good to the mount and the wind or closing the face shield will make it malfunction like you were pressing one of the buttons. I could also not get the intercom to work with any of my buddies that have Senas too. It does connect to my iPhone well and even though taking calls sounds bad from the speakers, I have been told, I sound good on the highway.

The 10S should pair with any other Sena intercom and will pair with non-Sena intercoms using the "universal intercom" function.

this video was made in 2012. Since than, has the SMH5 being made with same speakers as the SMH-10? Or can you upgrade to better SMH-10 speakers that will work with the SMH-5 unit? All I am looking to do is listen to music via bluetooth from cell phone. Can you unplug the mic and still have the speakers hooked up? I do not want the mic option. Thanks for your help.

I have the tour and the urban model. The urban is nice and loud even at high speeds but the tour speakers are very quiet even on the highest volume setting! Why is this?? Any advice??
