Thank you for the videos. When I made mine from cream or sugar it comes very sticky even after hours in the fridge. I use the exact measurements and cooking instructions. When it’s sticky I can’t cut it. Please let me know if you know the reason. Thank you

Dear Angela, Thanks for visiting our channel. I am sorry to hear that you have tried the Sheer Pira and it didn't turn out as expected. However, the problem that you have come across isn't to be worried about. One of the main reasons of sticky Sheer Pira is the right thickness of double cream. If you have used single cream or double cream which is not thick enough as you would see that in the video then the easy fix for that is to add half a cup more milk powder as this will bring the Sheer Pira to the right consistency. Different types of rice can take different times in boiling process, as it is more of trial and error process. By practicing more you can get the right softness in rice when boiling.

If your cream is not thicker then let it for a little bit longer on the stove to evaporate more water from it or use a bit more powdered milk just to thicken the mixture. This will help to make it less sticky.

If you want it more oily then you can add a bit more to your taste, however the amount of oil in our recipe is good enough to wider taste.

I missed that bit entirely and its because i have been fast forwarding the video... i have suggestion though, please keep ur shots shorter than what u normally do. One or two seconds makes a lot of difference in every shot and shorter shots will not bore the viewer and viewer wont have to fast forward. That amount of oil u used was ideal.

Hi, I hope you are doing well. I am sorry to hear that you did not get the expected result. There are easy solutions to the softness, as it could be down to the consistency of the cream that you are using, which could be resolved by adding half a cup extra milk powder. It is worth mentioning that we add milk powder as soon as we move the syrup from the stove and we don't let it cool down.

سلام امیدوارم حالتون خوب باشه متأسفم که می شنوم نتیجه مورد انتظار را نگرفته اید. راه حل های ساده ای برای نرمی وجود دارد ، زیرا ممکن است به قوام خامه ای که استفاده می کنید بستگی دارد ، که با افزودن نصف فنجان پودر شیر اضافی حل می شود. شایان ذکر است که ما به محض اینکه شربت را از اجاق گاز خارج کردیم ، پودر شیر را اضافه می کنیم و نمی گذاریم سرد شود.

Usually the softness is due to the double cream thickness. If the cream that you use is not thick enough then either boil the syrup for a bit longer or add half a cup more milk powder. This will hopefully give you the intended result.

Yes it is the same as whipping cream but I think the thickness may differ between brands, so the solution is to add a bit more milk powder to get it to the right thickness.

Please try to introduce the correct name for the recipe you making, this dish you made is Called Kebab Degi. Do Piaza has a complete different recipe and different presentation. Mostly the real Kabuli people understand the correct version of Do Piaza preparations. Please correct the name of your Dish. Thank you for the effort of presenting our traditional food.
