Thanks for your comment! I’m sorry if your having a hard time in this market. A lot of people are. Unfortunately we don’t have any control of pricing (supply and demand) or interest rates (fed economic policy) but we are doing our best to help people navigate the current market conditions when they are good, bad or indifferent!

@@LMiraculous really depends on what your looking for. At the highest level, Jc feels like an extension of Manhattan when hoboken fees like a small town that happens to be next to Manhatan. Which idea has more Appeal to you?

it has not changed for good and newer houses. they are still flying off the shelves for very high prices. older and crappier homes have slowed a little bit.

I can see that perspective. Its a risk and reward type of situation based on how the sellers respond... We find most are open to it and respond positively but I can see your perspective as well!
