No! AS aspect makes the leg "seem" longer, since it pushes the hip down and could teoretically "lift" the whole pelvis up on the AS side (my case, ASEX left ilium). IN aspect makes it "seem" longer even more, EX is vice versa (PI aspect opposite to AS, shortens it)
@paveljelinek772
@paveljelinek772 15 сағат бұрын
Ok right now i see an ASEX right ilium BUT if the leg is already short, moving it PIIN could worsen the things potentially. See there is an AS aspect that makes the leg seem longer and EX aspect that makes it seem shorter.. teoretically it could be more EX than AS, causing it looking shorter (and that EX aspect is quite several yes). Btw i did not check the foramen body because it's too small and i'm at 720p, sorry for that. If set as an ASEX and the leg still short - heel lift. But you have to try different heights since the chapters are not entirely "accurate"🙂 Edit: could be as well left PIIN, depends which side is stuck / moves worse

Okay great so you've identified that I have golfer's elbow and I also have tennis elbow at the same time. I knew that already I came here to find out what to do about it because it doesn't seem to be getting any better. You said that you would tell us what to do and you just didn't

I have had pain on the outside inside and center of my elbow for about 2 months now and it doesn't seem to be getting any better it gets a little bit better for a while and then all the sudden gets worse again and resting doesn't seem to be fixing it it's not bad pain and it doesn't hurt constantly but obviously I can't lift anything heavy or squeeze anything hard and it is very discouraging at this point because even with rest it seems to get better and then starts to go and get worse again

I watched the whole thing and about 3 minutes of the video a second time. What you are talking about has been being done for years. Nothing new. Every Gonstead practitioner that I know believes in rehab and better posture instruction. They aren’t stuck in the 60s. Restore healthy curves? I have heard this for years and have yet to see that you can change curves very much unless we are talking about antalgic situations and heel lift work. You are so smart that you are the only Gonstead guy that does rehab. Sales pitch BS.

I am an example of the necessity of x ray. My chiropractor, who practices Gonstead, of course x-rayed my spine and found that I have bone spurs from my upper thoracic to my upper lumbar spine. He told me he would not have known it without the x-ray and further that he would not adjust those areas of my spine because it could lead to breaking my back. From that conversation, I assume had I gone to a chiro who does not x-ray, theoretically I could have come away with a broken back.

I love your info. I’m learning not all chiropractors are created equal after a yr of trying to heal. I’m miserable and I’ve spent so much money on so many different ones. I’m desperate to find the issue and no one seems to fix me. 😢

As a LMT I can adjust my own back after icing and get relief I need. Things I don't want are: x-rays, and horrible drop tables. It's hard finding those who are really really good at chiropractic. I've had a great one who retired and haven't found great one since.

It's amazing some of the horrible claims chiropractors in Texas claim, claiming to cure such diseases as ankylosing Spondylitis. I wasted money for 20 years being totally misdiagnosed. Finally I found a chiropractor who told "don't let a chiropractor touch your neck" It's rare here to find one who will admit when he is over his head. They even sell various snake oils and overpriced supplements. Sad lack of character so often.

Osteoarthritis and backward curve in my neck. But I can squat 235. I'm 51 years old. Female.

Sincere request. Please reply. A guy with skinny forearms wants to do forearm exercises to look decently masculine. So elbow flexions are a must, right? No upright rows of course. So would you say PREHABING the elbow extensors with your recommended exercises every alternate day then doing elbow flexions every other day is a smart way to avoid injuries and get to look decently male (no embarrassing skinny forearms) in a few months?

idk if my symptoms is tennis elbow or not, as you mention if I stretch my hand and press down the middle finger, I don't feel any pain in the elbow area. However I feel constant tingling on my ring and pinky finger especially if I bring my arm up. But, thanks for the video, I think I want to train my arm with some exercise/massage you share here, I already have some of the equipment and would love to try that.

Very nicely done - well organized a la Chubby Emu style. ;) Glad to see another video from you. My only question would be - you mentioned she felt she should have braced for the impact better. Would this have made a difference or could it have caused other issues?
@GonsteadSpineWellness
@GonsteadSpineWellness 5 ай бұрын
Exactly! Chubbyemu was my inspiration! I should have touched on that more- you are right. ALWAYS brace for impact. Bracing engages the muscular system, sparing the ligaments from taking all of the brunt of the force. Ligament injuries are more catastrophic than a muscular injury. Always brace if you can!!!

Hi only just come across this video. Ive suffered for about 18 months now and cant seem to shake it off. Not worked out since September but I am desperate to get back. I have a manial job so I just seem unable to rest it without aggrivating it. Any ideas on what I could do at the moment just have to keep a cold compress on it to stop the pain.
