I personally don’t think it hurts that much. If you want to you definitely should because it’s worth it! It just hurts a bit strong for maybe 5-10 minutes after and when u get it but it is more of a headache pain and when you go to sleep try to sleep upwards for the first day if you can’t just lay sideways gently but I think you should if you want to! :)
