Yes. We can definitely do it. First you do it with the support of the wall, chair or anything else. Then first start with lesser counts viz. 5,10, 15 and so on. Then you slowly increase the count. If you practice consistently you can do without support. 👌👍🤗🙂. I'm also doing it regularly without support.💪. I'm stepping up to 67 in a couple of months. 🙋♀️

Last one old couple doing the Chinese- Japanese.excercise as told by doctor.. The other excercise. must also be done by elderly people...only then people will gain confidence.
