I care for a person who is non-ambulatory; I only see one thing he can play with. His mom and I have been wishing for a park that he can actually enjoy. Medal of Honor Park has adaptive swings. but they are too small for my client. I feel these parks are not inclusive if people in wheel chairs can't play. Does this park have rest rooms with adult changing tables? Adults who are physically and intellectually impaired still like to play like other children.

So, Joel basically, we can speak as long as we're not speaking directly to you. We all know this is the only forum that the public can speak directly to the council. You ignore and can avoid other attempts to communicate. These meetings are the only means for the public to speak to you all. And even in this forum, several of you clearly refer not to listen. The way it sounds, I wouldn't be surprised if the Ethics Committee is assigned by the Mayor's office. I wouldn't be surprised either if the council has no idea how that process works. The public doesn't know and I'm sure it's by design. Our community needs to pay attention to these meetings. We all need to share these videos and have others share so we can be informed for 2025. Right now our city is truly perishing for a lack of knowledge.

How can you abandon your job when asked to leave and your grievances aren't heard? What was he supposed to do? Sounds like the Cheif was baited to act in one way or another and no matter what he did, it would have been used against him. If he took the silent deal, then he is complicit with the very corruption that he was trying to submit grievance about. Repeatedly, I think I heard the lawyer Woods say Mr. Stimpson could wake up and say he wants to terminate Chief Prine and would be within his rights to do so.
