I appreciate the video guys as Im not familiar with Harley as I am other bikes I work on but my dudes, use some weather seal connectors to keep that moisture out of the ignition switch wiring. Just my two cents, but still, thanks for the simple straight forward no nonsense video. I couldnt even find an ignition switch on this fixer upper I got that at least has a clean vin and now I know the wire colors to hunt down on it.

Kickers suck donkey eggs. Their voice coils are dumpster juice and burn up easily and what about subs from SSA, Pride, and TT Technologies? Or subs built by someone like Fat Pat at Robot Underground?

Wow - what a Terrible video! Two guys working on it and neither seems to know what to do. Never work on hot electrical wires without disconnecting the battery! 😮 Should have explained that there are three hoses to disconnect. And the tank should be placed out of the way on the bench. And any decent shop that's going to use butconnecters. Should be using the kind that is self-soldering and shrink wrap in one. Just needs a long nose lighter, like you use on a BBQ. They're much better than the hack job shown here.

Btw, it's an ignition Switch...not ignition. Also, if you can remove the plastic on the butt connectors,stagger them, then heat shrink them it would look much better! Avoid the big clump...✌️😎

I got my Solo-Baric L7 12 (S) running out of the single kicker ported box they sell. Running a 1 channel class D ORION Cobalt CBT-3000.1D Amplifier 1 OHM Monoblock Class D 3000 Watt max. And i feel its just not hitting at it's full potential.. I've also read that that amplifier only puts out 500 watts in real power :(

So I recently just had a situation I’m going to explain and maybe see if this could be my problem? So I was out riding pulled into the bank and my bike just died no explanation, so I park it turn the key off and do my business and then went to start it started right up but pulled out and at light it died again so I turned key off and on in ignition and it started basically if it’s running and dies it won’t start up again unless I turn key off & on in ignition but it only stays running for like 30 seconds and shut itself off? Oh let me add it’s a 2002 Harley-Davidson sportster 883C
