I'm mainly done with school, but watching vids like this is a fun diversion. Like I learned the hard way! 😁 Still had systems, but nothing this fancy, my being a total *eh, just do something on the agenda* - type, with the best work coming close to the deadline. Maybe some people function best under healthy stress.

The problem of education now is to make student remember things, if something we can find on the internet, google, books.... Why we have to remember it? Just waste of memory. Learning is to solve the problem and creative, not memorize. Almost every schools now in the world are bullshit, they train students like a robot, they give bullshit tests. That is why after school, the student dont have any skill at all, not creative, and their passion have been killed

Peter and aashish both dont follow the textbook. I struggle to know whether or not i should write things down. Using abbreviations is a skill I should learn.

Providing focus of learners is critical while teaching. ı m pretty sure of that the professor hypnotyzes his students by his charisma as soon as he comes in the classroom. I am like: Woaw! I have just watched myself! I m an ESL teacher at a private school and almost after end of the each lessons the students showing their dissatisfaction is my satisfaction as well. I m not a sadist it s like a cheff' s plate's getting best compliments from the customers. I can see his energy, passion and love for his job. He is not working! He is enjoying indeed!😁😁
