What is set #20.Homemade for? Is it for building your own program or is it just to simulate "homemade" bread? According to the timetable for the presets, it has no-zero times of all steps. How to use it?

What the heck. I just received mine and tried my best to follow the instructions but it came out dense. Looked it up to see what others think of it and came across yours. Anyway my booklet doesn’t have a little diagram for each recipe to show the order the ingredients need to go in. In fact it doesn’t say anything at all about the order they need to be put in. I guess maybe they list the order they go in, but it doesn’t say that and as someone who has made bread for years without a machine that’s not the order I do my ingredients. I’ll have to figure out if that’s what it is. 🤦♀️

Sorry to hear your diabetic now. I have been for about 2 yrs now and it's not easy getting rid of most of the carbs. If you don't have a dexcom or one of the other similar CGM's I'd highly recommend getting one. It has saved me from lots of high and low sugars. Thanks for the recipe.

Thanks I will have quite a bit coming out soon on all the favorites I had when I was on keto 4 years ago, since it seems the diabetic diet is very similar with just a few more carbs. Keto kept all my numbers in line and had me lose 60 lbs. Back on that track, because I dont want to get pricked everyday.

I use it every week, i like how simple it is, since you just dump in the ingredients and let it run. No issues so far, still holding up. I did buy a recipe book to experiment a little more, fresh bread is fun hahaha

yes you set the amount of time you want for the delay. it will rest, some use for yogurt I believe, I use it for sourdough

Well, since the 'soil' I am fighting does not allow for water to penetrate it (root rot took the last tree I planted because the water just doesn't go anywhere), I think I'll have to find an alternative

These are not for sale anymore, you can build a similar one with the link in the description with current available products. The buy a new one give you a simple way to get the same tech without building it yourself, yet these are the new mainstream models. The inventor had the lids and base manufactured for himself when he had the old facility.
