Great info on these areas. I've looked (online) at homes in the Henderson and Summerlin areas. Prices aren't too bad compared to my area. I just have some concerns with the increasing crime and water issues. The movie studio sounds amazing for the area, but will bringing in an extra 10,000 people put extra strain on the water supply? I'm in the SLC area and we have water issues and restrictions, but I don't think we are that critical yet. But thanks for all the detailed info and news that you share with us.

That's too bad about The Mirage... all good things must come to an end (apparently). I hadn't spent much time there inside, but the volcano was always awesome to see. Thanks for the monthly updates > you always have a lot of good info (I'm a bit behind, watching the July updates on the last day of July). EMO celebration...haha. Looking forward to Sept updates.

I’m not sure. It’s up to the individual property managers and owners to determine what they accept. I’d suggest writing a letter explaining it and submitting with your applications

I don't wanna be identified with Las Vegas - the strip, homelessness, drug addicts. Summerlin is las vegas. Pick west Henderson- on the west side. Old Henderson is run down, it's on the east side.

I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for.

I feel your pain mate, as a fellow retiree, I’d suggest you look into passive index fund investing and learn some more. For me, I had my share of ups and downs when I first started looking for a consistent passive income so I hired an expert advisor for aid, and following her advice, I poured $30k in value stocks and digital assets, Up to 200k so far and pretty sure I'm ready for whatever comes.

Condos are definitely not a bad investment. You don't have to worry about the extra work and maintenance that comes with owning a house, and you can always get it rented out as short term rentals. But we have to understand what your goals are and how you want to live out your retirement life to give you better advice. Would you be open to a quick conversation?

You know there’s a little section of Duplexes off of Sahara and Rancho Dr! I lived in one on Sidonia Ave, and they are pretty decent size! 3+3 1800+ square feet. Probably 80 buildings 160 units! Buy you are right very few in Vegas! Sounds like a Building opportunity 😎
