Yes, I recommend using a lip scrub often to lift dead skin cells as most lip discoloration comes from that. Also use lip masks. I’ll attach a link to my personal recommendations below ❤

How do you come up with your goals though? is it just an idea you write on paper that you go back to, our is it you sitting down and figuring it out step by step and how do you figure out the steps? I know you have to want them a lot to follow through which is what you did! Another question how do you believe in yourself and look past all your negative thoughts and self doubt? How did you learn to put yourself out there?

Hey! So as far as figuring out my goals I would say I refer to what I want to do/be in life so it's not just an idea. For example, I know I have the ultimate goal of being a business mogul, not just an entrepreneur so with that I think about what I need to do now to get there. It's really all about breaking your goals down into a plan. So I said I wanted to win pitch competitions (which falls back into my ultimate goal of an entrepreneur and business mogul) so I broke it down step by step by first researching successful brands that have won funding, then even though I wasn't participating I'd go watch them, then putting myself out there at every competition I attended. Self doubt and negative thought are honestly something that will always come up when you're trying to pursue anything that you're new to. I keep going by working on my mindset (with books, podcasts, etc that I mentioned) and just having discipline to do it whether I feel 100% confident in it or not. You're not always going to have motivation or confidence in all situations but no ones going to show up for you and the goals you want to reach but you! What's going to distinguished you from anyone else pursuing anything is the fact that you didn't quit. It's life. Take risks, put yourself out there and do it (even if those self doubt thoughts come up, do it scared). I hope this helped!!
