This is too high level description of Growth asset. A more detailed details with examples will help. Further, In general, the present Vania CRE offering from you is expected to give IRR of ~ 15%. So will it make sense to invest in this class of business when expected IRR is ~ 15-17% ? Will appreciate clarification onthis. Rgds

The specs of the building decides the Grade of the building. The builder cannot just say it’s Grade A. The specs of the building makes this Grade A.
