Very different experience from how I adopted my dog. I drove up into the ghetto of Memphis, TN to check this border collie out and as soon as I showed up there were like 5 sweet ones then this one shit head bit my ankle. And right there I was like, “this is a border collie”. Smartest, best, hardest working friend I’ve ever had. That dog has been everywhere with me, done every activity from hiking to mountain biking to being my CrossFit training partner. He no longer bites ankles though 😂

Would recommend the “Mint” playlist on Spotify for running and longer pieces. Just some EDM/Dance music that usually has a good beat per minute that helps me keep steady rhythm. They change it up weekly too and it stays gold
