1.) Put your source audio into minimum volume then make a loud adjustment on your interface/receiver as you prefer-- because what you are doing is the principle of "overdrive" reason why you get the distortion-- overdrive is achieved via max volume source/preamp/gain going to receiver set to min/low; the proper way is the reverse. 2.) As a best practice for all applications, always make sure the volume is in zero whenever you insert your headset/speaker/amp or still doing setup. When you are all set, that's the only time you slowly increase the volume levels. If you do not follow this, you will eventually bust all your speakers and gadgets.

I have 3 of these interfaces (got them for free) and the problems with the popping/humbuckers being too loud/ gain jumping up quickly don't happen for me. I wonder if you got a fault unit or if your drivers are bugged. Sounds weird

I am thinking to buy it but again it was in 60's the best well now we have much better technology when you think about. It is 2024 already, the time has changed and it sounds great with other plugins. Well I still think to try it because I am big fan of the Beatles just to look at that in my Daw could be great feelings but about the quality who knows maybe I am wrong after all. Many said it has an awesome sound, so I don't know to decide. Once I do I will give you another comment about it.

Assuming you have a standard xlr mic like the Shure SM57 you need a standard xlr cable and an audio interface. The interface should have usb to go into your computer which you will set up with a daw like pro tools or cubase. Then you run your mic into the interface with the xlr cable and adjust the gain control to where it is loud enough for your liking. Hope this helps! Feel free to ask me any more questions if you want to, and I'll do my best to help you.

Thank you for this. I've had this interface for about 2 years and had some of the same issues you pointed out, but thought that I was missing something or had a damanged unit. I'll definitely be more methodical about chooing my next audio interface. You earned a sub.

I'm frustrated. Even if I inserted ReWire to an aux input and use WavesTune in the vocal track, they still don't seem to lock up. It's very difficult to edit. I know I'm doing something wrong but I'm not sure what it is.

Hello! I would like to ask if this audio interface also works for windows 11? I've been planning on buying the same interface and been researching about it to see if it's actually worth buying. I've read a few handful of reviews that they had problems setting up the same device with windows 11. I would appreciate it very much for your response 🫡

The output of all audio interfaces are blanaced low impedance. The input of a guitar amplifier is Unbalanced high impedance. That discrepancy of impedance leads to sound artifacts, noise, low quality sound, etc. You need to plug your audio interface output's to a Reamp box to match the impedance and from there to the guitar amplifier.
