It’s very disappointing guys that after you introduce such amazing support, when an artist reach out to you, you just push them to sign up for the “Starter” package, which is a subscription service that we all know is not the best option for artists. Artist would love your support to handle things for them while they can focus on their talent and songs instead.

I Just Created an Account, Made my Payment as a Starter Plan ... Submit my ID for Identity Verification.. After Submitting my ID 😢 with Some Selfie Taken..Boom i Got Verified.. Then i was Trying to Setup my Payment Method before my Browsing network Started heaving some Delay.... So i Had To close the Page to Reload it and Login Trying to Login all i keep Getting is that my Identity Verification Failed... I Have Sent Some Email to the Customer service after few minutes they Replied promising to Prompt an option for me to Reapply my ID Details.. But Still yet i Keep Getting Same Failed Identity Verification Issue when i try to login 😢😢😢

Yes, Symphonic can deliver your Dolby Atmos release to Apple Music, Amazon Music, and TIDAL. To do so, you must have a Dolby Atmos-compatible WAV file. We do charge a fee to process and deliver Dolby Atmos via Symphonic.

Oh no, I'm so sorry. The advice we usually give is to try a Dollar Card, and that usually works. Are you trying the dollar card from Nigeria? The location is important because Symphonic doesn't usually allow virtual dollar cards. Also, some Nigerians using the virtual dollar cards list their location as US and some other countries so that they can monetize TikTok and so on. Please try that and let us know if it works!

@symphonicdistro I used grey dollar card, but keeps declining too, grey gives US location when issuing their card, so the location I put there is US, but it declined. We Nigerians love your service, I have lots of friends willing to migrate to Symphonic but their issues are always payment, if you guys can put up other payment methods or make it easier for us to make the payments, we'll really appreciate it

Hello! We have two plans: our Starter plan is open to everyone and is $19.99 USD/year, and you keep 100% of your royalties. Then we have a Partner plan, which is split sharing which means that you don't pay an annual fee but that we take a % of royalties earned.
