No matter where you turn in the Old Testament, Israel is fighting the Philistines. While that’s a slight exaggeration-there were fights with other nations, too-it is true that Israel and the Philistines had their share of run-ins. The Philistines were an ancient people, listed in the records of those who descended from Noah’s son Ham after the time of the flood (Genesis 10:14). Abraham and Isaac interacted with the Philistines in Canaan (Genesis 21:33-34). But it was during the time of the Exodus that the Lord promised that the land of Israel would include the territory of the Philistines (Exodus 23:31); this promise meant that some kind of conflict would have to take place for Israel to displace the Philistines. When Joshua was old, he mentioned the land of the Philistines as one of the areas that still remained to be defeated by Israel (Joshua 13:1-3). Because the Philistines were not completely removed, Israel faced them as perennial enemies. During the time of the judges in Israel, the Philistines were often a thorn in Israel’s side. Jephthah, Shamgar, and Samson all fought against Philistia. The battles between Israel and the Philistines continued in the days of Eli and later erupted in the conflict between David and Goliath, a battle fought within a larger Israel-Philistine conflict (1 Samuel 17). David defeated Goliath, initiating a great victory for Israel, yet the history of Israel and the Philistines was not done. During Solomon’s reign in Israel, the Philistines were subdued, yet the later prophets note that the Philistines continued to war against Israel. The Philistines were devastated by the same Assyrian Kingdom that overtook Israel (2 Kings 18:33-35). Philistia was not completely destroyed until the time of the Babylonian and Persian Empires. From the first Hebrew, Abraham, until the deportation of Judah to Babylon, the Philistines were a constant enemy of Israel. The conflict was over more than land; it involved divergent worldviews. Unlike the Israelites, the Philistines served human-made deities and were known as a violent, warlike people. Seven major battles between Israel and the Philistines are recorded in the Old Testament. They include the Battle of Shephelah (2 Chronicles 28), the Battle of Aphek (1 Samuel 4), the Battle of Eben-Ezez (1 Samuel 7:13-14), the battles at Michmash (1 Samuel 14), the battle involving David and Goliath (1 Samuel 17), the battle at Mount Gilboa (1 Samuel 31), and Hezekiah’s defeat of the Philistines (2 Kings 18:5-8). The Philistines’ eventual defeat was not due to Israel’s strength or military prowess. As Psalm 44:3 says, “It was not by their sword that they won the land, nor did their arm bring them victory; it was your right hand, your arm, and the light of your face, for you loved them.” God of Abraham, Isaac, and Israel 🇮🇱 always win 🏆

Throughout the Hebrew Scriptures, the promise of a Messiah is clearly given. These messianic prophecies were made hundreds, sometimes thousands of years before Jesus Christ was born, and clearly Jesus Christ is the only person who has ever walked this earth to fulfill them. In fact, from Genesis to Malachi, there are over 300 specific prophecies detailing the coming of this Anointed One. In addition to prophecies detailing His virgin birth, His birth in Bethlehem, His birth from the tribe of Judah, His lineage from King David, His sinless life, and His atoning work for the sins of His people, the death and resurrection of the Jewish Messiah was, likewise, well documented in the Hebrew prophetic Scriptures long before the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ occurred in history. Of the best-known prophecies in the Hebrew Scriptures concerning the death of Messiah, Psalm 22 and Isaiah 53 certainly stand out. Psalm 22 is especially amazing since it predicted numerous separate elements about Jesus’ crucifixion a thousand years before Jesus was crucified. Here are some examples. Messiah will have His hands and His feet “pierced” through (Psalm 22:16; John 20:25). The Messiah’s bones will not be broken (a person’s legs were usually broken after being crucified to speed up their death) (Psalm 22:17; John 19:33). Men will cast lots for Messiah’s clothing (Psalm 22:18; Matthew 27:35). Isaiah 53, the classic messianic prophecy known as the “Suffering Servant” prophecy, also details the death of Messiah for the sins of His people. More than 700 years before Jesus was even born, Isaiah provides details of His life and death. The Messiah will be rejected (Isaiah 53:3; Luke 13:34). The Messiah will be killed as a vicarious sacrifice for the sins of His people (Isaiah 53:5-9; 2 Corinthians 5:21). The Messiah will be silent in front of His accusers (Isaiah 53:7; 1 Peter 2:23). The Messiah will be buried with the rich (Isaiah 53:9; Matthew 27:57-60). The Messiah will be with criminals in His death (Isaiah 53:12; Mark 15:27). In addition to the death of the Jewish Messiah, His resurrection from the dead is also foretold. The clearest and best known of the resurrection prophecies is the one penned by Israel’s King David in Psalm 16:10, also written a millennium before the birth of Jesus: “For You will not abandon my soul to Sheol; Nor will You allow Your Holy One to undergo decay.” On the Jewish feast day of Shavuot (Weeks or Pentecost), when Peter preached the first gospel sermon, he boldly asserted that God had raised Jesus the Jewish Messiah from the dead (Acts 2:24). He then explained that God had performed this miraculous deed in fulfillment of David’s prophecy in Psalm 16. In fact, Peter quoted the words of David in detail as contained in Psalm 16:8-11. Some years later, Paul did the same thing when he spoke to the Jewish community in Antioch. Like Peter, Paul declared that God had raised Messiah Jesus from the dead in fulfillment of Psalm 16:10 (Acts 13:33-35). The resurrection of the Messiah is strongly implied in another Davidic psalm. Again, this is Psalm 22. In verses 19-21, the suffering Savior prays for deliverance “from the lion’s mouth” (a metaphor for Satan). This desperate prayer is then followed immediately in verses 22-24 by a hymn of praise in which the Messiah thanks God for hearing His prayer and delivering Him. The resurrection of the Messiah is clearly implied between the ending of the prayer in verse 21 and the beginning of the praise song in verse 22. And back again to Isaiah 53: after prophesying that the Suffering Servant of God would suffer for the sins of His people, the prophet says He would then be “cut off out of the land of the living.” But Isaiah then states that He (Messiah) “will see His offspring” and that God the Father will “prolong His days” (Isaiah 53:5, 8, 10). Isaiah proceeds to reaffirm the promise of the resurrection in different words: “As a result of the anguish of His soul, He will see light and be satisfied” (Isaiah 53:11). Every aspect of the birth, life, death and resurrection of Jesus the Messiah had been prophesied in the Hebrew Scriptures long before the events ever unfolded in the timeline of human history. No wonder that Jesus the Messiah would say to the Jewish religious leaders of His day, “You search the Scriptures, for in them you think you have eternal life; and these are they which testify of Me” (John 5:39).

without knowing anything about him, and not attacking anything, what i hear here is advice and suggestion to continue to embrace androgyny. Androgyny which is the ideal state of mind, body and psychology that the roman-tic slave system has been working on pushing humanity towards for thousands of years. If a man wants women to do things that only his original and proper masculine nature wants to do and enjoys doing, and if the woman wants the man to do things that only her original femine nature wants to do then they are asking each other to step into a gender blender for each other. That's not love. That's just simply the only option they will have if they only accept the roman-tic marriage, family, social system. Instead the woman should be doing feminine enjoyable activities with other women. Perhaps embrace original Abrahamic, Mosaic, Israelite Culture, and let the woman do women activities with her other sister wives, and let the men do man activities with his sons, his many sons. And the mothers do many activities with their many daughters. No need suffer in the gender blender. Man is not created to serve the womans feminine social needs. Neither is his son or warriors quiver full of sons meant to be mamas little boy servants and emotional tampons. At what point does the true Hebrew culture start letting go of the thousands of years of roman programming where women hate the idea of shared duty and responsibility with other women, to a governing crowned husband. Where men abandon the confusion of their belief that their existence is supposed to be to pacify, satisfy, and be court jester and chief entertainer of the women and children who rule over him, with the blessing and overhanging threat of the pirate parasitic roman-tic system which demands his submission. Informing the world about the sharp lines of distinction between the scam that Xianity is, as compared to the truth of what the Original Tanach culture makes clear, is nice, but that will not push Israelites to revert back to what they need to, in order to obligate their deity to step in and defend them for doing something that the world finds intolerable enough to be willing to abandon all decorum and pretense, and in an enraged state of mind fully attack openly, in which case the deity of the Israelites will be obligated to step in and defend them, but only because they are actually doing something in the literal world that engrages the heathens enough. Could it be that men and women abandoning the gender blenders and reverting back to power families, and men taking governorship back and women abandoning the whore mentality of she who stands alone, like jezebel, and beside her there is no other goddess. Is there much difference truly, between Israelites who succumb to the egyptian culture, and Jezebel culture of roman monogamaniacism and the heathens who wallow in it likewise. just talking about the distinct liines between things wont obligate their deity, and it wont enrage the heathens enough to do something so extreme that will obligate that deity. Re-invitorating tribal family culture will be just too much for them to stomach. There's no 4 wife limitation like the scam of the other religion most likely invented and written out by jesuits. There needs to be full abandonment of roman-tic ideaology and full embrace of Abrahamic culture which was codified and proven to be approved by his Great Friendship. Who will disagree...?

Dear friends, the founder of Falun Dafa, Master Li Hongzhi, for the very first time addressed the whole of humanity. Falun Dafa is a self cultivation practice, based on Universal principles: Truth, Compassion, Forbearance. In China it has been brutally persecuted by the Chinese communist party since 1999. How Humankind Came To Be "... Since it’s the new year, I should have said a few festive words that everyone likes to hear, but I see danger is getting closer and closer to mankind. Because of this, Gods and Buddhas asked me to tell all beings in the world a few words that the Gods wish to say. Every word reveals heavenly secrets, and the purpose is for people to know the truth and be given another opportunity to be saved." *** Why the Creator Seeks to Save All Life "...The Creator is the Lord of all divine beings in the Cosmos. He is the maker of the Lord of lords, of the King of kings, and He is the Sovereign of all lives-including the Three Realms’ human lives, spiritual beings, and material things, all of which He made. His love is the highest and most sacred blessing for all lives! There is no greater honor for any person in this world than to be loved by Him!" New articles by Master Li Hongzhi on Minghui website
