Hi Beth and sll, is the consistency like a thick pudding, or like solid Jell-O texture? If I use frozen concentrate (from the freezer section), how much frozen concentrate do I add? Would I put in a cookie/butter pie crust or a pastry (flour) pie dough? Thx

FYI. This is Hong Kong Cola Chicken. Invented by traditional Hong Konger back in the 60's. This is a typical Hong Kong dish that we eat this since we were little. Special to Hong Kongers.

1 Tbsp of vineger/ or lemon to 1 cup of whole milk let it sit for 15 min, and now you have buttermilk😊 simple.

Addes a stick of butter, a cup of brown sugar and a tsp of vanilla extract. Poked holes with the back of a wooden spoon (after it has cooled) drizzled tje glaze into the🎉 holes, them topped each hole with a merraxhino cherry.
