Very very good guide, thank for your share. I'm not native English and your example very hard to read because the Video just at 480px. Can you make it bigger or can you share the scripts's doc file. Thank you very much.

Hey there! Thank you! You created a great video! I need help with for I am one-person video maker trying to make ethical and creative work for awareness. This is hard to get support on. Truthfully, I care more about others than I do myself. How can we, new channels combine news/ story creations? I would like to make money for once!

I jist got one looks the same but with brass knobs. No stand, only the swinging ground glass on back. I have to make a holder for 8x10 film holders for xray and paper negs. doesn't look like yours has a film holder, you put the xray film in your plate holder I guess? I want to see an original holder for a film holder rather than just making it up myself.

Since Ilford released generation 5 of their RC papers, I find effectively no difference in exposure between their same paper types of fiber vs. RC. The archival issues once associated with RC in the 70's and 80's should be old news. I personally have RC prints that I made in 1978 and they look just as good as the day I made them. No special care has been taken. These are photos of my family and they have been displayed in frames on my wall all these years.

This is great filmmaking in my eyes. A moving film for the right audience. After watching this film, I wish Leonid a bright future, hopefully he met people in the US who could see value in his style of photography (I certainly did, in fact, I am going to use his philosophies to execute a personal photography project in my hometown of Jodhpur, India). I could also relate to his feelings of 'sitting between two chairs' as a Russian who immigrated to the US. I've personally spent 9 years in the US before recently moving to India (my home country) due to work visa issues. Today, I feel less India than before, but I am not an America either. People like Leonid and I, just need to roll with the punches, and create our own culture that can bring meaning and purpose in our lives. Patriotism, in my opinion is a highly overrate concept, and almost always ends up in the realms jingoism. Finally, as a Filmmaker, I am inspired by your style of filmmaking Ira and Viktoriya. It's simple and authentic (just like Leonid's photography, interestingly). This is a great inspiration for budding documentary filmmakers who get overwhelmed by the all facets of manifesting a film. You guys have used a strong story as the core of your project, alongside smart uses of tech (simple camera shots) and great use of b roll with Leonid's photos. I would want to always be making some documentary now, because they are so easy to make and yet so powerful for the right audience. Finally, I would have donated money to this short documentary if KZfaq had that feature (it blows my mind, that they haven't implemented that feature for independent filmmakers). Looking forward to more your channel in the future. Best wishes, Ashish Lohra ashishlohra.com P.S. I also found your Treatment video to be very informative and useful. I am using that as a framework for the Treatment of my first feature documentary project.
