Have you ever had a bride ask you to travel with her to a different state or country? I have a bride asking me if I would be willing to go to Florida. We live in Washington state. What would I tell her the cost would be? Usually ask them to do cost per mile/tolls and parking fees. But I don't know what to ask for this. Help please. Bye the way I love all your advice.

So do you pay the assistant a portion of your rate and also use that $200 flat fee for their payment? For example I charge $120 for makeup and pay my assistant $50 per full face they glam. So if she does 6 services equaling $300 I would give her the $200 I took from the client and the rest from my pocket? Sorry for the long question but hope you answer. Thank you!

I think the meaning by, "do what you love." Well for me is, the fact do something that your passionate and have day of this is awesome. Because it will make those days that are awful easier. That is just how I take it. I have seen my parents have jobs they just did to get by and I have seen them when they followed a path they enjoy. Even on their hard days they stuck with it and didn't give up on it because they knew what the days felt like when they loved their job.
