How to fix all this is what if when the moment Twilight Sparkle and Spike opened the door of the castle, they, their friends, and all of Equestria would be concealed within their Cutie Marks, trapped within their dreams hence why Starlight Glimmer seemed powerful and how all the events since slip away from where this event left off. What was Starlight Glimmer is an agent to the Raptorians (G1 antagonists that haven't appeared in G4) whose mission is to harness the ponies Cutie Marks as their power supply and recreate a crystal that was the source of their power when they were a powerful empire of glass (similar to Atlantis) so many eons ago. This mission, led by the three Raptorians is personal as they came to also take back what was rightfully there's, when according to one Raptorians who had been awoken from his hibernation glass by Daring Do, documents that the Raptorians, ruled by Queen Porcalina (G1 character, except she;ll be a Raptorian and not a pig), were once the forerunner of Friendship to all creatures, yet some of the ponies seek to have the power for themselves, as did the three Raptorians who'd usurped the Queen. The Raptorian telling the story tells that he once befriended a mare who when hearing the Crystal of Friendship, decided to shatter it so that it won't fall into any of the ponies nor Raptorian's hands. This then made the mare the first pony to have a cutie mark and banished the two fighting foes. The ponies were turned to glass, whereas the three Raptorians escaped into space. With the crystal shattered, the Raptorian friend got weak and she had to place him in a hibernation glass in the hopes of one-day awakening in a world full of friendship that she will share to the other ponies and award them with their own Cutie Marks. When finding out about Starlight Glimmer and her Cutie Mark being the Raptorian emblem to the three Raptorians, the Raptorian tried to warn Princess Celestia and Luna about them. Though highly alert, as Luna was when stopping Starlight from infiltrating their dreams, the Princesses were too slow to act. The Raptorian later befriended Sunset Shimmer, who after a dream realising something is wrong in Equestria, returned and helped him and Spike (who was not affected by the Raptorian's trap) free the Mane 6 and together help to stop the three Raptorians from using the power of Friendship for a much darker purpose.

If I were Red Card I wouldn't be happy with the current state of affairs.

Geez, more and more do I identify with Twi. In my most recent college semester, I ended my three courses with 100%, 100%, and... 99.96%. I have no idea what docked me 0.04%, but I was hyperventilating from performance anxiety in fear that I'd failed and that everything was over, and that I'll never get into a good university, despite my GPA being around 3.5, and 99.96% still being very much so in the top 1%. I put so much emphasis on my performance, that I lost sight of what education is supposed to be, learning, which sometimes involves sub-par results. I'm now an assistant manager, and again I've fallen into the trap of believing I have to know everything right off the bat.

I agree the aspect of the main six’s friendship with being broken just destroyed equestria. They have been shown to be the only or last line of defense since- well one the Princess’s never helped or were out numbered easily or just not there at all. But also different timelines show that they could have been avoided or what if timelines of different streams. I love the detail in the timeline where Zecora explained twilight in simple terms and even showed her. Time is like a river. If changed it can create more smaller rivers. And more rivers after those rivers. The amount it can make is endless! So who knows how long this could have gone for. But going back to every friendship is important in equestria. If broken weakens magic. But the main six are connected to the elements of harmony to the harmony tree. We still don’t know much about the tree and how it’s directly related. But maybe the Sonic rain boom made the choice of the main six getting their cutie marks at the same time and there for being chosen to be the last line of defense. But in my eyes- I think they are more of a gate. A gateway to new generations of guardians. Like- the old Main 6 their friendship broke with stidgian and it made everything chaotic, but the main 6 friendship didn’t break and there for after they went into limbo the magic was still weakened but they friends weren’t physically there anymore. And overtime the darkness of equestria faded as the land became more modern. I’d like to think of the main six as generations of gateways. Old main six disappeared and the tree chose new main six ponies to defend and protect equestria. But the seeds were planted by starswirl. And they aren’t every good at friendship as we saw in the series when they came back. But- the tree must’ve known that over time as it grew. We know it somehow has a consciousness. And is fully aware. And was connected to equestria. Feeding on friendship in order to thrive! But- getting off topic- The old main six gone needed a new main six when the generation was needed. So that means the regular main six. And then we see at the near end of the series the new main six was born from the friendship school, elements may be reflections like the old ones! The tree chooses new guardians. But they need for every generation. If one generation is not created or chosen, then the new ones after them will potentially not exist cuz the main guardians friendship never started or breaks. And that weakens the tree and magic of equestria- Idk sorry for the ramble I kinda heh…went overboard- lol

Hey Silver, since this is an older video idk if you’ll see this comment but wanted to put this anyway. Back when I was a kid/early teens, I was going through my mlp special interest and your videos, along with other reviewers and analysts were a big part of my enjoyment of the series. You in particular taught me a lot with this series in particular and I found a major enjoyment in character and media analysis. And now that I’m older and at university, I’m actually pursuing a degree in media studies and English Literature so I can continue doing just that. Watching back this video about my favourite pony from when I was 8-14, and it’s still really funny and interesting and it made me remember why Rainbow Dash was my favourite. All in all I hope you’re doing well and thank you for everything❤️

I'm pretty sure those are the Dragon Lands to the east side of the map, Silver. Also, as far as Skyros is concerned, that is a can of worms that the show should've NEVER opened. There are certain implications that come with it. And as far as Princess Amore being shattered and being put together, I think the Storm King would have an easier time, considering at least his head remained whole.

So basically, Majesty is kinda like Thanos. Majesty would've been a helluva lot better villain than Tempest Shadow, Storm King, Chancellor Neighsay, Cozy Glow, and Fake Grogar (Discord in disguise). The show could've also had a real, more threatening Grogar as well as keep Tirek, Chrysalis, and even Sombra. But sadly, these ideas are merely just a pipe dream. Damn you, Hasbro

One scene from Chicken Run really sums up what I think about this episode and the direction the staff was trying to take. I'm sorry, but if you want your target audience to learn about death, you need to bite it in the bud. That's what older kid shows did in the '80s and '90s. Melville in Rugrats, Cookie Chomper III in Alvin And The Chipmunks, Mr Hooper in Sesame Street, Littlefoot's Mother in The Land Before Time, even the Sleeping Giant in Care Bears, which was subtle is BUTCHED compared to this episode and this egg-shelled generation.
