بلیو ورلڈسٹی کو چاہیے تھا کہ اپنے فائل ہولڈر کے لیے آسانیاں پیدا کرے لیکن انہوں نے APR فارم نکال کر ڈیلروں کی روزی روٹی کا انتظام کیا ہے. انتظامیہ ہوش کے ناخن لے ڈیلروں کا پیٹ کبھی نہیں بھرے گا. عوام کو براہراست فائدہ پہنچایا جائے تاکہ عوام کو آپ پر اعتماد ہو. سوسائٹی عوام سے چلتی ہے ڈیلروں سے نہیں.... عوام چیخ رہی ہے کہ ڈویلپمنٹ چارجز ختم کرو یا نہایت معمولی سے لگاؤ نا کہ پلاٹ سے بھی ڈبل. آپ نے تو ہماری (عوام) کی 6 سال کی محنت ضائع کر دی. ڈیلروں کو نوازنا اور عوام کو جرمانے لگانا یہ کہاں کی عقل مندی ہے پیسے عوام نے دینے ہیں ڈیلروں نے نہیں.

Be careful new investor for investment of this project bcz development charges to much higher, either In Different blocks price's are different at same location chakri it's means development charges are already included in cost of land but they are demanding 100% to150% development charges unfair,injustice and cruelty with the poor promoters/members of BWC. Which is not accepted. We are directed to all BWC members to no deposit any penny of such development charges.

In second balloting I have been allotted 7 Marla plot in District 14 and in third ballotting I have been allotted plot of 7 Marla in District 18. Plots are not visible on land and even BWC staff do not know Sectors 14 and 18. How they are demanding DC. Till today not paid DC. How can I get rid of BWC. On exit loss and on sale too loss. How should exit with minimal loss. Sir with very difficulty, I paid instalments. DC were kept hidden. Do not know, how much other charges are kept hidden. On possession, if asked to construct home, if not, BWC may impose monthly or annual charges for not constructing home. Who will construct home and spend millions of rupees in barren and desert area, where no electy, gas, PTCL phone, net, cable, health, transport and security facilities are available. What should I do sir?
