Nurses need to find a way to react to the pharmaceutical components of nursing, they actually think it's possible for others to rest easy with either slot of hate or confusion in their lives, the other nurses by the way may not be as okay as they seem to present themselves as but at least they could make up their love for the hospital 🏥 setting by being relevant to their jobs you also should always get involved in their sex lives Doc so you can become an essential part of the fucked up society the patient or client lives in.

Nurses need more breaks whether traveling or not. I am tired of being a nurse. Especially night shift. Anyone else? I miss me. I don't even know who I am anymore.

I am a burned Jewish woman having sustained 14 skin graft operations from a fire. My hand was curdling from the burns. I wrapped it in gauze. Don nurse Jackie tabor would not allow the gauze on my hand y refused a substitute. She gave me the wrong pills y called the gold, shiny, medium sized pill she gave me, Claratin. Claritin is white y another nurse backed me up. It's for my itchy back as I suffering with renal failure. Today she cancelled my 7 dollar bottle of collagen to help me grow new healthy skin cells. You call this a nurse. She is a disgrace to nurses everywhere. I would like to know who allowed this cold hearted snake into the healthcare profession. What school of nursing would accredit such a vamp. I did a one on one with her regarding the Clarita error. She smiled y her response was I can't remember what I gave you. It had been one hour previously. If you can't do her job properly, she should be fired. Nurse y Don Jackie tabor is employed here at leominster housing y rehabilitation. This is a Massachusetts facility. Various staff have left for reasons of sanity. It is a sick y sad state of affairs. Jackie smiled when I confronted her. How callous. How sick.

Nursing has and will always be a passion of mine. It is a field that requires alot of training, education and perseverance. It's no surprise that getting into a university to study nursing sciences is so competitive. I myself have been trying to gain acceptance into nursing sciences for 3 years now. But I do have to admit it's a bit harder here where I live. In South-Africa the nursing degree is only found as a university level bachelors degree that takes 4 years to complete and a 5 year working in a public hospital. All nursing collages have been closed down due to the restructuring of the curriculum. What makes it even harder is that the universities that provide a Batchelors in nursing science are a select few who accept a very limited number of students. An example is the University of Pretoria who only accepts 50 first years. This has lead to a massive shortage on nurses and a huge strain on the public health system. Placing even more pressure and responsibilities on the nurses shoulders. Even though the demands for nursing has grown the universities are always full and many people with the grades and will to become nurses never get the chance. I am also a big example of this as I am currently studying a different bachelors degree and I have applied for a transfer, however due to admin errors I did not get accepted and due to the limited number of students that can be accepted, they could not place me. I am still fighting to be able to start my studies as a nurse and I won't give up. Besides, what other choice is there when it's your passion. I have wanted to study abroad but full scholarships for nursing are almost non-existent and the rand is fearly weak, making studies abroad extremely expensive. Nursing is a field that very dearly needs to be focused on and invested in. I won't give up on joining the ranks nurses. For the work that they do is invaluable and highly important. Requiring intilect, patience, emotional intelligence and persiverence. And this is highly overlooked. Thank you to all the nurses for making the world a better place, with almost no praise and the biggest hearts.

Nursing is a profession within the health care sector focused on the care of individuals, families, and communities so they may attain, maintain, or recover optimal health and quality of life. Nurses may be differentiated from other health care providers by their approach to patient care, training, and scope of practice. Nurses practice in many specialties with differing levels of prescription authority. Many nurses provide care within the ordering scope of physicians, and this traditional role has shaped the public image of nurses as care providers. However, nurse practitioners are permitted by most jurisdictions to practice independently in a variety of settings. In the postwar period, nurse education has undergone a process of diversification towards advanced and specialized credentials, and many of the traditional regulations and provider roles are changing. Nurses develop a plan of care, working collaboratively with physicians, therapists, the patient, the patient's family and other team members, that focuses on treating illness to improve quality of life. In the United States and the United Kingdom, advanced practice nurses, such as clinical nurse specialists and nurse practitioners, diagnose health problems and prescribe medications and other therapies, depending on individual state regulations. Nurses may help coordinate the patient care performed by other members of a multidisciplinary health care team, such as therapists, medical practitioners and dietitians. Nurses provide care both interdependently, for example, with physicians, and independently as nursing professionals.
