Why can’t I access buzz tv support for help with this product 😊

Ive had mine for 3 weeks and absolutely LOVE it. The movie channel selections available are totally awesome, and, the live channels are superb. The video quality is so good and the surround sound is way better than I imagined it could be. I give this an easy 2 thumbs up!!!!

Mine downloads but stops at 98% and says 0-14 token unknown host exception . What does that mean ? Thanks

I got one and when i go on to storage and clear cached data when i push ok to clear it. It takes me back to settings menu and doesnt clear it. Does anyone else have this issue?

My girlfriend has this box. She also has a SuperBox. She says the TV picture on this box is vibrant and colorful really nice. The only downside she said for this box is the TV guide doesn't give you the options of classic guide or new guide it just gives you the new guide and she's prefers the classic guide because it's actually better I think so as well. Also she said the remote on the superbox is much better. Decent box but a grade underneath the SuperBox. It performs well!

I sleep the firestick like he said, but when I power off the tv with power button the stick wakes up from sleep immediately. Now that’s a problem. You can either sleep the stick or turn off the tv. Not both.

The Elite Apps are all down says subscription expired or account no longer what do we do to fix this? It’s a waste of money to buy the elite if not even months in and they all stop working without a proper login
