Training? fighting? When on the bag, I prefer bag gloves, but when doing pad work, I use sparring (competition) gloves, 14oz.

mostly thai gloves, like boxing gloves but slimmer so they can be used in the clinch

12-14 Oz sry ;) I choose that weight cause it is a good shoulder conditioning and it learns you to keep your hands up, in the fights you might get (according to the stadium and Promoter) 6-10 Oz gloves, so you see you train with heavier you only gain positive results... Cheers, train dirty fight clean ;)

I usually have 14 - 14 Oz gloves from Twins or King cause they are most like the shape you get in the Thailand stadiums....

twins or venum gloves are gloves designed for muay thai, i use 14oz venum gloves and they are perfect

10 or 12 oz are fine. MTG Pro or Twins are a good option.

I use 12oz boxing gloves when doing pad work, 14oz when sparring (extra padding to avoid injury as well as making your guard a little bigger as the gloves are larger)

10 oz for bag and pad, 16 oz for sparring. Any top range is good. Twins, Muay thai, Fairtex. Just go for fighting brands not commercial brands like adidas
