Every time i go on lose 2000 i used to play double decks i get on good run but now its 6-8 deck shoot . They raise limit to 100-300 a hand for double decks . Any advice please ?

Yes if you have a running 40 with 7 decks left that's a true 5, but with a running 40 at 1 deck left, that's a true 40 and this makes your betting and playing decisions more accurate.

Colin, So glad you mentioned "sampling bias". It's an easy way to fool people who aren't thinking. I've been guilty of it several times in the past. Recently, I came across a plethora of videos of quasi-celebrities playing blackjack at high limit tables and winning (most of the time). And as far as I know, they're not counting. But viewers are eating up their content. Is there an off-camera deal between the streamer and the casino to play a fake game with big money? To me it would make sense as it would give the steamer more views, and the casino free advertising and the idea that they have a the best blackjack tables in town, drawing more people to their games. Have you commented on KZfaq and Twitch streamers blackjack videos before? Maybe on another video or a podcast?

I find it counter intuitive to assign a negative 1 to a high value card and vice versa. I cannot make the click that a low value card is positive. I would find it easier to have it the other way around. It feels like driving a car on the wrong side of the road.

A lot of BJ APs are moving in to AP slots. Much less volatility & by selecting your machines you can customize your expectations. A decade ago I was able to win 95% of the time. 100% with the credit hustle (i stopped this a long time ago because of back offs)

Or you could go to the slots & find a positive EV play. With this kind of effort you vould easily find plays others don't know about.
