Crocs are rare here but not unheard of. Never really worried about them. Better viz the further you go offshore but not a deal breaker risk wise.

When you kill the fish, does the blood attract sharks ? no problem ?

Blood in the water and a fish struggling in the water would attract nearby sharks for sure. I don’t find it a problem around Perth very often. There aren’t a lot of sharks to give you trouble. Further north it’s more common to have shark issues but it’s mostly manageable

@@CaptainMiik yeah I've been eying those guns for a while. They look perfectly designed. Is it 120cm of band stretch? Buoyancy just slightly negative? I reckon that'd be about as close to the perfect all round speargun as you can get!

@@blairsmith4163 shorediving can be tricky in the Pilbara. Big tides and bad viz in close most of the time. Gets a bit better around Red Bluff, just need low swell. Be worth putting up a post in the WAUC Facebook page and ask if there are any members around with a boat when you’re there.

Great buoyancy and track well. They float slightly with the shaft in which makes them feel light underwater. Only downside is if you’re the type to drop a gun to grab crays it’ll float in shallow water

I dont see to many small boats in this area only 2 spots to launch a small boat to get there 1 about 30 km north and the other about the same distance south you must have decent fuel tanks.

They’re made by Fusiles Orca. I have a 120 and a 100. Best guns I’ve ever used

In Western Australia there are some places where you find great whites. Attacks are relatively rare, but there is always a chance
