Thank you for sharing! This is definitely what I've been looking for. I recently built a small house, and your video gave me some great ideas. Thanks again! Congratulations on your beautiful new house!

What was the total cost for the build? It looked like you used the locals to help…….

That's incredible! Building a cabin from the ground up in just three and a half months is a huge accomplishment. It must be so rewarding to see your vision come to life, especially with the hands-on experience. Kudos to you and your team for making it happen! 🏡🌿💪

Great job on the build. Only concern I would have would be a mudslide or landslide during heavy rains. It looks a bit steep of an incline and the foundations didn’t look deep enough and were spaced closely together. Maybe these things were addressed but not shown on video but that was the thing that stuck out at me.

you could have done a better smooth finish with an esperienced drywall specialist but honestly with the very limited resources in CR plus away from the city it would be really hard, so I came to the conclution to say "who cares? great work"

this is a show off, good luck sleeping in it during summer. you cant open windows cuz there is no mosquito screen. all the heat also rise up to second floor. this looks cool, but a huge engineering problem

Amazing Sasha what a journey and inspiration! Cement is an additive of concrete. You refer to cement a few times in the video however it’s actually concrete you are pouring. Cement is like the flour when you bake a cake, it’s an additive. When you mix cement, aggregate, lime and water it then becomes concrete.

Lovely video! I enjoyed your explanations so much and really appreciated that you took out the annoying sound of the machines! As a Gen Z who lives in a big city in Europe who's probably not going to be able to afford buying or building a house anytime soon, it felt therapeutic to watch you video 🫶

Loved your design. I’m doing very similar to yours in Puerto Viejo, but with a few changes. I put the full bathroom upstairs in the bedroom as no one wants to climb down those loft stairs at night while dying for a pee! I added a half bath downstairs, plus a small plunge pool with outdoor shower. Hopefully my cabins Wil be built by the end of the year. Thanks for the inspiration!
