You can close the excel file afterwards using the Workbook.Close method in VBA or with Win Shell. If you want to export the SAP data in background I recommend to use ABAP. Therefore you can use ABAP2XLSX: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/m7dgmq2r1czaopc.htmlfeature=shared

Das kann man natürlich machen. Gerade bei der 64bit Version sind mir zwei Fehler im laufenden Betrieb aufgefallen: SAP GUI Scripting und SAP Query. Für beide Fehler gibt es aber bereits einen SAP Hinweis und somit eine Korrektur.

Thank you. Within the InfoSet (Transaction SQ02) a union is not possible. Just an inner and left outer join are supported. To implement an union you have to add custom fields and fill them in the output with ABAP coding. SAP Query - Change output with ABAP kzfaq.info/get/bejne/btuHZ9WmrM_LXYE.htmlsi=N-LVepwmNVYUtGLu Because you have a lot of "workaround" to do, I recommend to create an ABAP program because therefore you can easily use an union between two tables and use ALV Grid control to output the results.

Hallo, ja, das ist möglich. Natürlich hängt es von den einzelnen Transaktionen ab, wie man auf das Ergebnis reagieren kann. Man kann mit dem Befehl "CALL TRANSACTION" eine Transaktion aufrufen. Entweder reagiert man mit der BDC-Struktur oder mit Parametern (falls möglich) auf das Ergebnis der Transaktion. Oft befindet sich in der Systemvariable sy-msgv1 eine nützliche Information.

For this you need to do a second step because sending the excel sheet out of Excel can't be recorded via SAP GUI Scripting and is therefore not in the created VBS file. You can send an excel sheet via e-mail out of excel to people's emails also. You can check it with the security audit log within the transaction SM20. The current SAP users with SAP_All can be checked within the transaction SUIM > Users > Users by Complex Selection Criteria > By Profiles. There you can enter the profile SAP_ALL.
