I worked for byjus, I have worked in byjus, and I know how toxic the environment is, they worked like animals and asking for same from u, and if there is a little mistake, the manager would say rude things like this, thankfully I left the company after 1 year,.. and I also insulted the manager and senior manager and HR too..And there were so many bastard managers that they used to insult us even for our own fault.. I have never heard so much from the manager. It is patience in this man who has heard so much. If the manager used to speak very rudely, I used to say to my manager, don't shout plz , take my resignation.

Every company does this to sales people first vp, Avp you receive threat calls every day . As a manager you have manage a team and imagine you can't fire anybody. But only vp and company owner can fire . Stupid indian company culture. These companies need to understand people only work for money . If there targets will you give them some extra money no just some incentive lollipop which never comes . Some are working for exp , some for working for time pass because they want to go into some other field. Some are working because of appeasement tatics by some stupid directors , VP, AVP , others simply for salarypnce they something they will leave . Why to show this attitude, i will put you on pip ,
