I've watched the film. Technically, yes, all the friends will be tagged forever. When it comes to sexy photos...or any photo for that matter...once they're posted, that's it. Anybody who's anybody can see them and make copies. All of the characters in Tagged do learn the consequences of their actions the hard way.

If I reported an account on Tumblr will the staff tell the other account I reported them or will I remain as anonymous?

Hi Ana Karen. Social media platforms review reports, but don't share the identify of the person who made the report, with the person reported.

The biggest issue I have with this ad is that it shows the Government is clearly aware of the real issues, but would rather use those real issues as political ammunition to just make it easier to sue and control people rather than pass meaningful legislation to address these issues.

What still remains to be seen is IF this legislation would protect ordinary Australians from genuine bullying online or if it is simply a tool for the rich and powerful to unmask and sue for defamation in response to genuine political critique. There's a difference between a bruised ego and actual abuse.

So when I get scammed on runescape for being a fucking idiot thinking I could get 50 mil if I gave a guy all my gp..I can sue? This is stupid, this is only so the LNP members can sue friendlyjordies.

also as of right now the like to dislike ratio is 14/489. that means 0.03 or 3% of people liked this.

What a humiliating and embarrassing farce to push through the trojan horse of "protecting children" to make it easier for politicians to sue people who insult them. Absolute shame on the Liberals.

So how's that Federal ICAC going? Because as it stands, it appears the Liberal party want to hold regular people to a higher standard in terms of their accountability for the things they do or say.

The liberals are trying to jam this dumb thing through to preserve their own power, not to help children. It'll be easier for libs to sue when they're accused of sexual misconduct, among other things.

E-Saefty provided a network through which government officials could protect themselves from public opinion and outcry. E-Safety provided the foundations for a future in which no government could be questioned or exposed by those without serious financial backing to spend time in court defending themselves from laws designed to protect those in power.

What a pathetic and frankly, shameful way to instigate policy that is more about censoring people who speak truth to power than it is about actually protecting vulnerable people.
