Thanx for the video, I'm afraid it will be a way to go for me. My laptop is Vivobook S15 with ScreenPad 2.0. All of a sudden it went off completely, as if there had been no mouse at all. I tried reinstalling the drivers, but it gave an error 0x00000010 when optimizing. I was beginning to suspect the mouse burned or something beyond repair, but in the process of "optimizing" it lit (without any possibility to use it), and then went blank again, as I rebooted. So I still think it could be workable and started. This video gives me a direction - after all, a Windows reinstall, clean or dirty, might help. If that doesn't, then I'll leave it off and buy a good Bluetooth mouse.

Try using revo uninstaller free version and that might help you locate it other than that i don't really know.

I bought one of those brackets for my build, but I didn't install it without first seeing how well the temps did without it due to the increased risk. At first my temps never went over the mid 70's, but now 8 months later I've been seeing several cores regularly getting into the 90's under load. To minimize risk, is it possible to install the contact frame without actually lifting the CPU out of the socket?

Hi. Thank you for asking. It is 100% possible to do that just be extremely careful when you do it - both with or without cpu in the socket and you should be fine. Goes without saying i think do not overtighten it - pay attention to how much power you needed to unscrew original retention bracket and use same amount of force when installing the bracket. They call it a wow stick cause that's what you say when it breaks so quickly! Less than 12 months of light use & mine doesn't even have light when you hit the button. Charges fine.

Go to FAIR LIGHT then input monitoring style and click mute. That way you won’t have to mute and unmute manually every time to hear your recording.

I have the same ring camera it’s just white and it’s battery powered. I ordered the cable that so I don’t have to use the batteries because the batteries limit you on how you want your settings like motion warning you cannot have those.

Yes, I’ve tried it with battery and cable. If you have a plug-in go with the cable instead the cable works a lot better a lot more customizable opportunities and said the battery I have to get up on a ladder every six months to grab the battery. Thank you.

And plus you get motion warnings and a couple other features when you have it plugged in when it’s battery powered, you don’t get those features. Thank you so much for replying.

I've changed monitor style input to repro and it works same as your solution but without mutting bus. Thanks for your video it helped a lot cause i didnt thought before that bus causes this problem. :)

I spent lot of hours for fix this problem. I had updated all drivers for screenpad but only one thing helped me. I found the button on my laptop wich turn on/off this screen (that's near power button). Maybee somebody also didn't know about this button...

Hi. Thank you for reaching out. Did you recently upgrade from windows 10 to 11? If so this driver is located in your windows. old folder and you can delete it all at once - that is only if you don't plan to go back to windows 10 as you don't like your windows 11. How to delete windows.old folder? simple search like that will show you easiest way in through system settings. Hope that helps you out. Remember that you are responsible to make decisions not me about your devices. Saying that i know for fact delegating this folder will remove this driver and wont have impact on windows 11 you just wont be able to go back to your old system - you still be able to do a fresh instal of windows 10 no problem. The screen goes black when trying to enter the bios on Thinkpad T470, this happened after adding a password to the bios. Windows works perfectly.

Why do you desolder the eeprom chip instead of using these alligator clamps to reprogram it in place? Had good success with a W460 that died during a BIOS update, flashing an intact regular BIOS on it that way.

Cool stuff i remember playing with VM in 2009 had a server run on it and i was able to check safely downloaded files from internet for viruses and test programs and stuff. I bet it is much more now then it was then. Happy to hear about the post but the credit should go to those creating the patch and thinking of it originally. Those are unspoken heroes. To me it had sentimental value as well so i fixed it. Good to know I'm not alone.

The motor has tiny contacts in side it and they tend to fail due to use - ware and tare so called. I had to strip it down clean and adjust them before and that lasted around 6 months after but eventually i had to replace it like i shown.
