Important message We residents of JK Iris at Mira Road, Vinay Nagar have been defrauded by JK developers managed by actor Shri Jitendra Kapoorji. JK Developers have taken the 2 years maintenance in advance. The builder promised 24 x 7 water. There is no water storage tanks provided in the flats. It means there should be 24 hrs water supply. Now they have sent notice to all flat owners to pay additional water charges of Rs. 17000 approx. They have mentioned below points in the notice which is kind of black mailing. Quote: Please note that in case of failure to deposit the maintenance amount within a stipulated period, i.e. on or before 31st July, 2024, J K Developers may not responsible for any inconvenience caused to the flat owners due to lack of maintenance of the supply of electricity, water etc. and for the said failure, you shall be further liable to a penalty of additional interest @ 9% p a. on the outstanding dues from 1st August 2024 till payment and/or realization, which please note. Unquote: Now they have stopped water supply completely. They are doing arm twisting to recover the additional maintenance payment by stopping the basic amenities. The shortage of water is not true as other wings in same premises getting sufficient water. This is causing inconvenience to residents, kids, old people and all. This kind of approach and behaviour was not expected from Shri Jitendra ji who is good human being. We all are agitated with this and need support along with quick action from relevant authorities.

Mat lo flats jk iris mai. Builder loot rha h. 2 saal ka maintainence liya fir bhi 17642 aur maang rha h for extra water facility. Bhai humko 24 hr water facility dene ka wada tumne Diya abhi wo tum kaise bhi do hum kya kare. I'm resident and this builder is looting us.
