Thank you s much for the episode, as always much much appreciated! 🎉🙌 Really awesome to start out the layout with the plazas ^-^ They are going to be a really nice landmark for the entire town, already really love the idea 💛 Already feels like a very grand and beautiful central plaza area, especially surrounded by all these paths for people to walk and, and of course the trees 💚🌳 I really enjoy seeing how the area is developing over time and hearing about your thoughts 🙌 LOVE the view towards the water from the courthouse asset, that already looks really amazing 😻 It's also really really nice that the train station is right there at the plaza, makes it really easy for people to get to and from there ^-^ The use of those decals in front of the row of European building is a very very nice detail in my opinion 💛 Immediately changes up the vibe of the street for me and makes it somehow feel more cozy ^-^ Makes me wanna sit down at a cafe there and have a milkshake 🍓 LOVE all the trees around the plaza and all the other details, it's looking so awesome 🌳🌲❤ Generally as always love all your detailing all around, it's very beautiful 💚 The little footballsoccer field and the area around it is a very nice idea ⚽ It suits the build very well obviously, and it's a beautiful area for people to walk area and play ^-^ And once again absolutely AMAZING detailing 😻 Great music choices for this episode, it's a lot of fun, love the songs 🎶 And really really nice cinematics at the end, the whole build turned out so awesome 🎉 ⛈⛈⛈⛈⛈ Once again thank you so much for the video, really loved it, much much appreciated 💛🙌 ALL the best 💛

Earned my sub. Your channel came thru as a recommend in my home page of YT. (I assume every YT-uber wants to know where the new subs come from) So I open it in a new tab and promptly went to full screen. Whilst looking down at the paper in front of me I immediately heard "...Hello we're inside a river Greg..." My head pops up and confusion enters my brain. More like bewilderment. How does she know I'm watching? What the...? **Exit full screen and check for possible live chat** Ah hah!! A Greg in the chat! Mystery solved. **BTW.... I know you are not inside a river. It just sounded like those words and I'm very sure there is an explanation for that** But I digress.... Delightful content and ease of game play along with thoughtful placement of assets were my takeaways overall. It is extremely easy to see how much you enjoy playing this game. That, to me, goes a long long way in MY enjoyment when taking time to view content for 45 min or an hour! Keep up the great work 😎✌💯

Joy, I miss not being able to watch live streams but weekdays don’t work for me anymore due to my work schedule. Great idea adding those New Jersey jug handles. It moves left turns to smaller side intersections so that the main intersection only needs to handle straight and right turns (which don’t conflict as much) keeping the main intersection more free flowing.

Why didn't you build the terminal next to the ferry?

That was a nice surprise live. Sorry I missed it. Love the 55+ area. Looking so good. And the shaded seating near the Metro station was a good idea. You really should get Network Anarchy. Makes a lot of things much easier and you only turn it on and off by pressing ctrl+a Told you to give it some time to make money 🙂

Hi Joy -- I'm new to the channel (!) and haven't followed until today -- also, new to the game. At 30:24, there's a cool bunch of black buildings with a central exterior stairway going down, on the lower right-hand side of the screen. Can you tell me what this is? Is it a unique asset that I can get? I love the way it looks.

Sad I didn't catch this live. After about 20 minutes of watching attempts to fix this, it dawned on me that I saw Egg have issue with that metro stop in orchid bay. Glad it was eventually solved 😊
